Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hutto

Fairly new to Hutto & second time ordering from this location, the first order from them was good & had no complaints. But just placed an order this evening & was very dissatisfied. Ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas & cheese bread, I understand they must’ve been busy which was why I changed my order from delivery to pick up after I was told it was a 2hr delivery, that no issue for me, that I could understand, but the quality of pizza was awful. I got home & opened up the large cheese pizza to find that a huge chuck of the entire pizza including the dough was just missing, the crust was there but just oddly enough a hole & it was still sliced up & placed in a box to give to the customer & then my other large pizza was obviously cut in a hurry as one side was tiny slices the other very large, & I had to slice the cheese bread myself, on top of that it did not taste well, was only able to eat one slice of the pizza & my family doesn’t want to eat either. So ordered Pizza Hut today only because the dominos app wasn’t working. Ordered in advance for a later delivery and and they were still 30 minutes late. Here is what we got. Two pizzas no sauce. Called store only to get an attitude and be called a liar. Asked for manager the woman refused. When I questioned her refusal, she said ok hold on. Then in a different voice got on the phone and said she was the manager. I heard someone in the background telling her what to say. When I asked about that, she said no one was saying anything and called me a liar. She finally transferred me to a DK who said he was a manager and when I asked for the other employees name, he said legally he will not provide the info. Now at this point I was beyond heated. Then got hung up on by DK. Yes you will get an upset customer when you call them a liar. Tried to call back and the phones were disconnected and giving a busy signal. DO NOT GO THERE. I ordered a pizza for delivery and after waiting what seemed an eternity I decided to check the status online. The online status said it was out for delivery. I called the location and the worker there seemed unconcerned after I told him I had been waiting too long for my order. I then asked to speak to a manager instead hoping to get better service, I asked the manager to please make sure my order was in fact out for delivery and he assured me that it was but the driver had to make several stops prior. I trusted his information and hung up the phone. My fiancé then went to take our trash out and to our surprise our food was sitting outside on the ground full of flies! The delivery person did not bother to knock and just left it and the manager was too lazy to check on my order status and just made something up! I was not only hungry but furious!
