I haven’t had subway in probably 10+ years but I really wanted a wrap with cheddar sun chips. This is my go to meal at Jersey Mikes but they are either out of cheddar sun chips or don’t offer it anymore so I looked at subway and, sure enough, they had my beloved chips. So, I ordered my wrap and chips and excitedly waited for my favorite lunch to be delivered.
My order gets here. I’m stoked.
I open the bag and it’s already a disappointment. The wrap is about half the size of a Jersey Mike’s wrap. This is annoying to me bc I usually save half for later.
Whatever, imma still eat my lunch.
Pull it out of the paper and it’s flatter than a notebook. Take a bite, there’s ONE SLICE OF EACH OF THE TWO MEATS! Are you joking? What kind of psychopath puts one slice of meat on a sandwich/wrap?! I also ordered bacon and there was no bacon. How dare they deny me my bacon 😡
So, I basically had a tortilla with mayo, mustard, and lettuce for lunch today. Delicious.

Read moreEdit 9/6/23: Subway corporate responded to my complaint and issued a $10 gift card. This was more than what I originally wanted. Though I'm sure Kimberly Boulet is satisfied with overcharging customers and keeping the few dollars difference, since corporate handles the complaints! I will definitely stop shopping at this location. They've lost all my future business.
Edit 9/1/2023: Kimberly Boulet, franchise owner, responded. They are refusing to refund the difference in cost, and blamed me for not ordering by the app. She advised it's my fault for not knowing there is a difference between the online and in-store menus.
8/31/2023: I came in to order a Meatball Marinara and an Oven Roasted Turkey sandwich. However, the staff told me I could only order what is listed on the overhead menu. They informed me that I would have to order the more expensive "The Boss" and "Titan Turkey" to get what I wanted. What makes no sense is that the classic sandwiches are on the online menu. Read moreI would've given them 5 stars. However, I ordered to go lunch on my subway app and accidentally put the order in at the wrong subway. I noticed I accidentally did this right away. So I tried calling to cancel the order and go no answer. (I tried calling 6 times in a 10 minute period) I left 4 voice emails. I never got a return call yet, the Money was taken out of my account. So I called again 2, 3, 4, and even 5 days later. I was only able to finally talk to someone on the 5th day who said her district manager was aware of it, and my money would be back in my account in 5 to 7 business days. However, it's been 7 weeks, and I still have not received my money, and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone since that. I normally wouldn't make such a big deal out of something like this, but it was almost $40. Not to mention, I was actually eating at this subway 6 3 or 4 times a week for lunch at work.
