To start, DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
If I could 0/5 ☆ I would. I'll never consider this location - or any Wendy's for that matter - given the repeated poor experiences and failed adherence to posted hours.. The food here, when you can manage to find the unicorn, is edible in the most literal sense. It doesn't taste good and it looks poorly assembled. The Popeyes, Dutch Bros or KFC within a block are a better investment (both time and money spent from drive-thru to pay to food received). These other companies actually adhere to their hours sheet.
Posted hours for this Wendys, both online and at the drive-thru are up til 1am on Mondays. I waited 10 minutes and called out a couple times at ~11:50pm without a response. Lights on, employees moving around. Not a single response. I've tried on weekends closer to 11:30pm and met with the same level of silence.
I'm not asking a lot. I'm just asking you and your franchisees to adhere to the posted hours (online) and drive-thru window.
I'll avoid this location, and as a result /ANY/ Wendy's going forward will be an automatic "bottom of my list" for options as a late-night / 3rd shift employee.
A MASSIVE pet peeve is failure to adhere to scheduled hours consistently. Paired with employees who look annoyed through the window that you dare show up, why the hell would I ever consider coming back for a second chance?
AFAIC this, along with continued failure to meet posted hours, is a final straw. I will not be spending money here again, I will also teach my child the poor business practices and abysmal service expectations at any Wendy's location. Read moreI remember why I always steered away from Wendy’s now. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. You would have been better off going to Popeyes next door dealing with how I’ve encounter problems with them as well but no where near as bad as the situation I’ve encounter at Wendy’s. I don’t know who or what kind of people management hires there but they all need to go. The lady taking my food order took about 7 minutes because she kept stalling like she didn’t know what she was doing. I think this is due to the whole crew being high given how me and my husband were asked by a guy upfront who handed us our food if we had some marijuana to sell to them!! They didn’t have frostys, they didn’t have barbecue sauce, and I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea with a lid that wasn’t even put on right which caused my husband to spill it on himself when received. Due to them not having frosties for the meal that included one they asked what replacement drink I wanted. You would think they would give you a regular sized drink in replacement for the frosty but they gave us a small kids sized drink that the frosty was originally was going to go in??? Mind you this was a full sized adult meal and I received a small sized lemonade that would of took me 3 sips to finish. Walked in and waited near the counter for several minutes while being ignored (in typical fast food fashion). While waiting, a woman walked in and started yelling to speak to the manager. She demanded her drive thru order be cancelled because she had been waiting nearly an hour without being served food. We asked a man who was also waiting nearby if he had already ordered. He explained that he ordered only a drink and had been waiting 45 minutes. We immediately left without placing an order.
This establishment will randomly lock the doors and/or shutoff online ordering when the staff is overwhelmed. The store hours claim that they are open until 1 am, but in reality they are never open that late.
