Baba's Famous Steak & Lemonade — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

I was picking up an order for a delivery service on April 2nd, 2023 and waited almost 2 hours! It was late night and only a few walk in orders and Still didn't get the food by the time i cancelled the order and left! The only reason I waited is because a rep from the delivery service asked me to wait. When i called back almost 2 hours later they understood why i cancelled the order and said it wouldn't count against me. I don't get paid to do this per hour, I get paid per delivery. There were alot of delivery drivers waiting on orders and they all were mad at how long they were waiting to pick up simple orders. All I had was a gyros and fries. There was a roach in my food, very disrespectful, and I was very hungry. I spoke with the cashier. She had the worst attitude to have ever experienced only because I told her and showed the young lady that there was a roach in my food. She said with a very disrespectful tone, we don’t do refunds I said is there anyway possible that I can get a store credit or speak with the manager? I called to inform staff there was a Band aid in my food and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional… She told me no one there is wearing a band-aid and I informed her “I’m sure because it’s in my food” she proceeded to justify by saying they don’t have any band-aids in the restaurant. My initial thought was oh so there’s no first aid at hand if one was needed, then I said maybe cause they have them at home and could have put one on and went to work without wearing gloves.
