Disappointing Experience at 95th & Clyde Location
I stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts on 95th and Clyde around 9 PM with my three kids (ages 12, 14, and 7) to grab drinks before heading home. I hadn’t been to Dunkin’ in years, so I let the drive-thru attendant know to bear with me while I figured out what to order.
I asked about drink sizes and placed my first order, which the attendant entered incorrectly and had to fix—no big deal. When I ordered a second drink, he mentioned it had lemonade, which I didn’t realize from the menu, so I chose something else. That drink also turned out to be a lemonade, and I again politely said no. As I started to explain that I was looking for a non-lemonade, non-coffee drink, the attendant suddenly began yelling, “Oh my God, make up your mind!” He continued yelling and over-talking me, not allowing me to speak.
Hoping to smooth things over, I pulled up to the window to communicate more clearly and respectfully, but instead, he stepped away from the window and continued yelling in frustration. It was shocking how quickly he became explosive over a simple drink order.
We ended up leaving without ordering. I’ve never had an experience like that at a drive-thru, and I was especially disappointed that my children had to witness it. Totally...
Read moreI bought a coffee and the Hispanic young lady at the window was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She had such a negative demeanor that you could feel it. When she handed me my coffee, there was no thank you or any sort of pleasantries. When she gave me the change, she thrust it towards me with enough force that the change fell to the ground. She simply said, " oops, sorry and closed the window. I waited a sec and she came back to the window with a gross expression that said," What?!". I said that I didn't get my change. She said I know, it fell and I can't reach down to pick it up. I was blown away by her response! I then asked to speak with a manager. She slammed the window closed and then came back with my change. Read moreI see clearly I'd given the wrong review previously. These workers are unpleasant and very insulting. 09/14/25, mobile order placed. Scheduled pickup time 8:55 am (I came inside because the drive thru was extremely long). I stood by the mobile pickup area 12 minutes without a CSR inquiring about my business. I had to interrupt and ask for my order. Of course 9:10 am, 12 simple doughnuts were not made, and I order this same package weekly for our church. The CSR makes it but with a attitude, I ask for a receipt and he puts on the counter a crumpled up receipt. Im not excepting people of different races coming into the black communities and totally disrespect us and not value our business. I will not likely be back to this location.
