So I came on here to find a phone number to call and report an issue. I wish I had Googled them before I stopped in.
So this is the newest location in the area. I want to say that it has only been open a couple of months. I ordered a large salmon and then for a separate order of a medium lobster tail. I explained that it needed to be separate due that the larger order is for someone who is allergic to shellfish. The guy at the counter ensures that he understands.
I return to pickup my order and notice one larger container and ask where is the lobster tail? Initially he seems confused and then asks the cook. Turns out it is inside with the salmon. WTH. He apologized and immediately removed it. He swore that it was cooked separate and with the different seasoning. Here is my mistake I should of insisted on a new order.
Got home and the lobster tail was indeed made with a separate seasoning BUT the salmon was obviously cooked with some shellfish. I presume shrimp. Upon serving it, I noticed there were small red/pink flakes on the bottom of the fish.
So I’m guessing that the staff is trying to save on containers or perhaps is not cleaning after each use.
This is unacceptable and potentially could of been life threatening. I tried to check out a new location but I will stick to the location on 61 or 87th.

When I got home there was hair all over my food which is so gross and nasty during a pandemic so I took photos then called them to let them know I spoke with a young lady who told me to come back the next day so they can resolve the issue. I went back the next day spoke with a black female manager who was so unprofessional told me it was nothing she could do for me (wow) so I began showing customers in the restaurant my photos of all the hair. Read moreWent on 6/20/21 and got a #29 missing the lobster tail and the cluster was pieces, not even whole clusters. Went back and got one cluster and still pieces for the other one. And a spoiled lobster tail. This is the second time I have gotten spoiled lobster tail in my pan. This is unacceptable for a seafood establishment. I have been visiting Fisherman Island for years and never had this experience. Was excited to see one closer and this particular one has been a disappointment.
