Great fried chicken but the fries are always cold, wimpy and tasteless. Buy the chicken here but get your fries elsewhere.

Edit: I purchased the shrimp dinner last night for the very first time. I liked the crunch of the crust and they were freshly fried. I paid a little over $12. Most of the shrimp were small. A couple were about the size of cocktail shrimp. They also came with a small side of fries, which I asked to have fresh. The fries here are usually aweful, but last night, they were ok. The orange sauce is delicious! It was the best thing of the whole shrimp dinner, that also included a roll and the most hideous tasting slaw from ANY restaurant I have ever been to. I would suggest googling a coleslaw copycat recipe to revamp that gross in a cup slop at the very least.

Because the shrimp were so small and you only get 10, this will be my first and last time buying shrimp from heinies. I can't believe the word shrimp is even in the restaurants name! If this were the internet, it would be click bait.

1 star because of the sauce. But even the sauce isn't a reason to return. Goose Island remains to be one of the best places for really good and...

If I could leave no stars I would in fact I’d leave negative 5 stars I would everything was absolutely disgusting the fried chicken was full of water when i bit into it everything was soggy and terrible tasted like frozen junk that defrosted then they put in the fryer for 10 seconds because all of it was cold Two of the shrimp that were in my 18$ order of shrimp still had tails on them that I actually choked on one, the jumbo order of fries barely had anything in it and what was in it was soggy and disgusting. The hot sauce we got must have been at least half water and a third mustard they must have been really trying to save some money on that Louisiana hot sauce, to top it all off it took them 2 hours to refry frozen chicken from Walmart and deliver it when we only live ten minutes away. Also I ordered a pound of chicken strips for 9.99 it looked like a 4 pc chicken McNuggets. Total came up to $52.75 I also tipped delivery man $2 for 2 hour delivery, to be honest could have went to Walmart hot food section and got the same quality at half the price. Save your money don’t go to this disgusting place don’t order delivery from this overpriced...

Visited this establishment two weeks ago the worst chicken and shrimp I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken has been cooked over and over the shrimp tasted like it came out of a boot left a taste in my mouth that was deplorable🤢🤮 I witness the Cook dip his hand to get fish to fry chicken, and shrimp and not one time did he wash 🧼 his hands 🙌🏽 He kept wiping his hands on his apron 🤢🤢 didn’t even touch water 💦 That could cause a serious case of cross contamination and people could get sick, the cashier there was extremely nice very sweet so he had nothing to do with this, but that Cook he needs some health & safety 101 needless to say, we will never ever ever ever ever ever patronize this place again. We threw the food out, my husband said don’t bother with The going back-and-forth asking for your money just throw it out!!!!! Health inspector needs to go there ASAP.!!!!!! We went to Goose island the next day for some real shrimp 🍤 totally different flavor shrimp tasted nothing like the boot...
