McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

If you want quick service..then don't come here. The employees walk away from the counter without acknowledging you first, they also yell top of there lungs to the back, when out of something at the front. Instead of excusing themselves and taking care of business. I've been here 3xs. The drive through was about 25min wait and my orders are always wrong and the inside is no better. The cashier walked away without a word to me and stayed away. I'm currently writing this review I'm the front of the line, AS I TYPE i am HERE. It's been 6mins. I'm proving a point of the lowest customer service that I have seen in a McDonald's EVER...Shut it done and build a community center. The cashier came back and told everyone waiting that we should use the kiosk because she have other things she's doing.. McDonald's need to reevaluates some of their cashier or the people that work for them. I told the cashier that took my order I did not want ice on my drink more than five times multiply repeating myself instead she continue to put ice in my drink and I'm thinking that she's placing the order for someone else. When she gave it to me I told her I said I don't want ice on my drink. Her respond to me with her attitude very ridiculous rude . I told her, I told you loudly multiple times I do not want ice in my my drink and she gave my Reward Points important somebody else order then she charged me for my order twice. The other customers behind me said yes she told you multiply time that she did not want ice. Instead of the cashier to refill my drink with no ice she left the drink on the table and walked away. Walked in and there was a thousand teenagers waiting on the lobby, the cashier looks as if she partied all night and needs a bath, I ordered online and waited patiently for about 10 minutes before asking the status of my order and they couldn’t find it, they couldn’t find anything so I was asked to show them the order on my phone, they looked again and then the Latino Manager comes and ask me to show him the order again, and basically prove that I ordered. Now I’m going to stand in a nasty, crowded McDonald’s for my help and sake? Naw!
