The McDonalds on 7900 S. King Drive! No, no never. The food is prepared horribly. They can't hire any decent people because the core staff is a cult. They like it understaffed so folks can get overtime. Many of them grew up together. They have had years of practice, and so they have developed a cult like system. For the most part, you have to be an unhygienic (dirty) person, that curses, speaks obscenities, has a troubled personality, and one that falls in line with stupidity to work at the 79th St. McDonalds. Otherwise, the manager, Ms T., enlists the staff to help her harass and create a false narrative about the employee. Very few people survive that place, save the evil employees that remain. This McDonalds could use its own reality TV show, with the drama, the health violations, the fakeness, obscene language, lack of care about the food, histrionics, and false acting that takes place. It's unreal.
Horrible people work here, they lie incessantly, they don't care about the food, they don't always bathe, they treat each other and the customers terribly, but this is the culture. That manager Ms T. is raking in the money and is the source of it all. She watches the cameras all day at home and harasses the employees, about wait times or whatever else she feels like. They can't do anything but be lazy liars, that don't do their jobs correctly because they know Ms.T is watching, looking for an opportunity to harass. There are 38 cameras at the McDonalds on 79th King Drive. The manager, Ms. T is watching very closely, zooming in and out on employees non stop, and not for food quality. With the sole power to hire and fire, she watches everything the staff does, harasses the employees about senseless things, and calls customers weird on a whim. Ms. T. uses those cameras to harass the employees but she doesnt care about food quality. Because of this odd dynamic, the employees exhibit very odd behavior, and are stressed to the point of not bathing, arguing, and not preparing the food well. It's madness. Ms. T uses her idea of conflict to manage the place, so she can stay in control. If the focus were on food quality everyday, the culture would have to change. I don't think she knows any better.
Employees argue openly, the conflict is never ending, but that is their culture. They serve unseasoned, old meat, soggy fries, and the Manager, who goes by Ms. T., is their leader. It's almost as of she has given birth to the demons that work there. They argue, lie, get high and do drugs together, remain unbathed, all together, with a stench to prove it.
It's a HALE FAMILY McDonalds, owned by black people, and they are the poorest rich people I've ever been witness to. They have instilled a culture of everyone being lazy, the place is filthy, and the cooks use their bare hands to prepare, bag, and serve food. It's like a cult. Everyone there participates in the filthy ritual everyday, but because of Ms T., they have no choice.
I wish growing up that I learned about the practice of evil, and what to do, because evil is everywhere, and good is much nowhere. Even still, evil should be able to serve a good burger!!!
GO TO ANY OTHER MCDONALDS, THE CULTURE HERE IS ONE OF EVIL, ITS UNSANITARY, THE FOOD PREPARATION IS SUB PAR, AND THE STAFF IS FULL OF SUB PAR PEOPLE THAT ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO THEIR WORST.

Read moreHow this location is managed is unacceptable. Employees are rude and not friendly, service is slow, food is always WARM, and barely ever prepared as ordered. Stop serving warm or old food. On multiple occasions I've ordered the filet-O-Fish cooked well or other items cooked fresh and you can clearly tell your order contains reheated or old food that should have been thrown out. You can check your order at the drive thru window and see or feel that it's old or warm and the employee will give you attitude when you nicely bring it to there attention?? If they did a forcast on when it's busy or slow, then maybe they wouldn't have to push old food out to the customers. Also, the parking lot and perimeter is dirty, and the lobby always appear unkept and unsanitary. The rest room is 100% FILTHY and NASTY. Bacteria infested.
