McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

This particular McDonald's ALWAYS has issues. In my opinion it is due to poor management and equally poor service. I have stop patronizing this McDonald's as much as I used to because of issues like the ones that occurred today. Unfortunately there are not many options in this area so when I am on the move and need a quick bite it becomes a hesitant choice. In the past I have had to ask for a manager to report apple pies that have expired 2 hours prior to purchase, or not having recieved the extra pickle (.40 cents per item) or tomato (.60 cent per item) on my sandwich that I not only requested but also paid for or the sweet tea or fruit punch is just colored water and needs to be checked. No exaggeration these situations have occurred often in the past and as recently as today.

Today the transgressions included no extra pickle on my sandwiches as requested and paid for, and tremendously watered down fruit punch, also no reciept given for my separate purchase of 2 apple pies. I asked to speak with the manager who remedied the drink issue and got me my extra pickles, I recognized her from my dealings with her about 2 months ago due to a breakfast order problem after I had to call corporate. The young man at the pick up window was so busy trying to tell the manager he gave me the reciept for the pies that he didn't offer or reprint one for me, he just wanted to keep arguing that he gave me one. What he actually handed me was my card and my original reciept folded up.I opted to leave and check my account to avoid further issue because he was rude, unaccommodating and blatantly unprofessional !!!! He continued to state he gave me a reciept 3 times as if to call me a liar. I personally like to have reciepts for all of my purchases when available but he clearly took the upmost offense in my request of one. And to top it off my fries were cold...... Nothing worse in my opinion than cold McDonald's especially the fries !!!!

I blame myself fully for putting myself in these positions of insult and poor service by spending my time and money here because clearly the customers are not truly valued at this location. Calling corporate or calling or asking for a manager is to little or no avail. I guess it is entirely too much to ask for hot, fresh food prepared to order or decent service because you definitely wont get both simultaneously here and one or the other every other visit or two in...

Jebem ti McDonald's... Not all McDonald's, but this one is absolute rubbish... Every single time I've ever gone here, my order is wrong. Incorrect, screwed up, etc. Small orders, big orders, there will always be some item that's either comole incorrect, or missing, or the toppings are wrong. If you ask them for no pickle extra onions, they give you no onions extra pickle.. You're extremely likely to get a salad with no salad dressing, or nuggets with no sauce. The fries are frequently cold, and if you order more than like 1 thing, they make you go sit in the stupid timeout corner in a very inconvenient part of the parking lot, and wait so long for an employee to bring the rest of your food out, that I wouldn't be a bit surprised if there's a car over there right now with a skeleton sitting in it, eternally waiting for his chicken sandwich, which somehow became a double pickle burger with extra mustard on the wrong side of the bun, through the magic of the drive thru. There's new employees every other day, meaning the manager must not be interviewing people properly because that's a ridiculous turnover rate. If I can rate this zero stars I would. So let me tell y’all about these nasty , rude , workers. This McDonald’s on 91st and commercial is so triflen. I’m in the drive thru getting my mom and daughter some food. As we are waiting she is preparing somebody ice cream for the car behind me, remind you she got on these nasty black gloves that she touching everything with, no plastic gloves, no hair net. She chewing a French frie and spits out pieces of it while standing by the fry warmer and holding an ice cream. She standing on the floor constantly feeding her face touching her hair and her mouth while fixing people food. Please explain why they don’t have on hair nets , why no gloves when dealing with people food. Why are they eating on the clock. Then I took my fries back cause I asked for no salt, he took the fries from me and poured them back in there with the other fries instead of throwing them in the garbage, my hands been all in the bag, why would you do that.
