Cocula Restaurant Commercial — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

So after tonight, I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO EVEN CALL TO ORDER FOOD AT THIS PLACE! They already don’t wear gloves while preparing food orders but even with that. I still gave this restaurant a fair chance. Because no lie their food is delicious. However, it is true when they say that ONE BAD APPLE CAN MESS UP THE WHOLE BUNCH. He’s a cashier, hispanic, between 50-70 years old, speaks English and one of the MOST HORRIBLE COMMUNICATORS IN THAT RESTAURANT AND I AINT TALKING SPEAKING CLEAR ENGLISH EITHER. The quality of his customer service is terrible and I will not buy anything else from here just because of him in particular. I called about an hour ago to order some tacos and he was very disruptive. I asked him to please let me finish my order and he became very rude, loud and even hung up the phone in my face as I was advising him to let me finish my order and provide me the customer service that is exceptional. He refused and hung up the phone in my face. Wow.... I’m a concierge downtown and I’ve never hung up the phone in a customers face even when they were extremely hostile with me.i wasn’t even hostile about it I just simply asked him to stop interrupting me and he just ruined my night with his behavior. Now I’m driving far from my destination to get tacos because they’re just too freaking good!! Have a blessed...

First off....no one greets you when you come in....you get good service ONLY if you're with someone or a group....I dined alone tonight and they sure did treat me as such....I mean the restaurant was by no means packed and they NEVER ONCE during my meal came to check on me or ask if I needed anything....which I did....I wanted limes and some salt but I shouldn't have to flag someone down for it....just because I'm dining alone doesn't mean I don't deserve the same attentiveness y'all showed EVERYONE else in the restaurant that was coupled up or in a group....the margaritas they serve are WAY smaller than the location on Torrence hence the reason I NEVER frequent this location and it's literally right down the street from me....I'd rather travel the distance to cal city....the food is good but if you want REAL service from here....DON'T DINE ALONE....they act like you don't exist and only come to your table to take your order....give you your food...and lastly....to give you the bill....Y'ALL DEFINITELY WILL GET NO...

The food was good, But the service was horrible! They are very unorganized and don't not attentive to their customers. It took at least 15 to 20 mins to be seated, I had to go up to a waitress to tell her that I had a party of two and they had other customers standing around while three people walked in the dinning area and got a waitresses attention and she cleaned off the table for them. And this happened while other people that had been there already were waiting to be seated! After we finally got seated it took another 15 minutes to get a waitress attention just to give us chips and salsa. And I didn't even get any cutlery until I asked for it. When the dinner was over and it was time to pay the bill, Since nobody checked on us to see if we needed anything, The waitress never came back with the change from us paying our bill. So I'm never going back to this restaurant again. They just lost a customer. Cuz this experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! Good Luck to anyone that patronizes this...
