Don’t waste your time here, food has changed and the customer service is garbage. I went in today to have a meal with my family and my father order two grilled chicken sandwiches and was given two chicken patties when I went to tell the woman working the counter she told me that he didn’t say that and that he had ordered a number instead of what he actually said; which is false since I was there and ordering a sandwich instead of a patty are two completely different things. Regardless I was given attitude and had to talk to two other people until finally an older woman fixed the issue and asked them to make me what I initially ordered. It wasn’t really about the food it was about how the woman handled the situation, having good customer service goes a long way. I’m sure they didn’t give me new sandwiches and just switched out the patty, in the end we didn’t even enjoy our meal, just ate because we were waiting there for so long. Don’t recommend you doing business with people that are quick to blame you for their mistakes. Won’t be doing business there again, rather go to McDonald’s for fast food and down the street to Macias for real...

I gave this a 1 star because the last time I went there, I ordered a slice of pizza and guacamole. The girl at the window who took my order touched my slice of pizza with her bare hands without washing her hands first, and this was after she took my money, touched her hair, and her clothes! Just nasty!!!!! I asked her for a different slice and to wash her hands but she wouldn't so I asked the chef to do so and complained about her but the chef didn't even care. Then when I ate my guacamole, a very long (at least a foot long), thick piece of hair was in it. Instead of asking for my money back, I asked them to make a new one but the guy refused my service! Wow! So I never went back...

After a journey through downtown Chicago and stepping off the Metra train, I decided I would stop at a local joint I've known for years. When you see it from the outside, it looks small and it is. An expert can park in the parking lot and be in and out without issue but be warned - the parking lot is owned by the business across the street so park there at your own risk.
