They don’t rate one star but you can’t give zero. Today decided to try the new neighborhood location. Had trouble ordering online so called them. The woman who answered said hold on and set the phone down. I was on hold for 20 minutes listening to their banter. I ordered from another pizza place and on the drive to pick up my pizza stop by to let them know they still have me on hold. The woman behind the register acted very rude and practically laughed at me. Another worker was there and between the two of them they could care less that they were losing a customer. Ordered via Uber eats delivery since this location is only 2 1/2 miles away and only a 11 minute drive. Driver decided to delivery my Pizza which was cold after making a delivery about 25 blocks south of the Restaurant. Went literally right pass me to make another delivery first..... which is absolutely ridiculous! Pizza was completely burnt on bottom!!!!
