I went to this establishment location @ 4025 E 106 on 4/7/23 at 9:01 pm to place an order for a sandwich platter for a metting event the next morning.
I place the order for different kinds of sandwiches including one been a tuna sandwich and sides of japelnos.
I was very specific in making the gentleman whom attended me aware that I needed this to be ready at 7:00 am on 4/8/23, he said it would be. He proceeded to take down my information and I paid for the order and left.
4/8/23 I arrived at the establishment to pick up my order @ 6:50 am, when I asked for my order the employee was completely clueless of what I was asking for.
I told him I had placed a order for a platter to be ready at 7:00 am and it was paid for. He then asked me for my recipe and I provided it to him.
He went to the back, left me standing there with no explanation so I assumed he was getting my order.
He comes back with nothing in his hands and clueless on what to do. I told him the other employee had written my information on a board and he started looking for it.
He finally found it, then he started to call different people on his phone and speaking in what I’m assuming was arib, he didn’t know what to do.
I told him I had to go bc I was going to be late for my meeting and this was supposed to be done already. Finally he got ahold of someone on the phone and started making the sandwiches.
I’m see he takes out a box and starts cutting the sandwich wrapping them in paper and placing them in the box, I asked him How are my employee supposed to know wich sandwich is wich? He completely ignores me and continue to fill the box. At this point as I was already extremely disappointed and running late bc of the inconvenience of not having proper service I just decided to take what he gave me and leave.
To me this experience has been horrible and I will never count on this establishment for any of my up...

Soft spoken with a cold, after he finished making my friend’s sandwich he asked “you want something?” I nodded no and said “one minute.” With my one pointer finger pointing up. Guess he didn’t like that, even though it’s an American way of saying just a moment. He finished what his side talk in his Indian language was, then proceeded to tell me after 2 seconds of holding my finger up... “okay, hurry hurry up.” I stared at my friend as if I’m in a twilight zone. We were the only 2 in the store. It was midnight. Store was clean but his attitude was enough for me to never come again. Indian people with American franchises have no manners. Will not return. Now you know why there’s a plexy glass counter at night, he must have attitudes with everyone. This is not a friendly subway.
