There are two beaches located on the property, one immediately next to the parking area and another at the opposite end of the park.
The bird sanctuary trail itself is a tight one person wooded trail that was a tad overgrown and was full of spider webs. Be sure to grab a stick before going down the trail to wave the webs away if you don't want to be covered.
