A Dream Come True: The Most Stunning Wedding Cake and Dessert Table!

First I want to say this review is long overdue! However, I cannot praise Brookie Cookie Bakery enough for the absolutely breathtaking work they did on my wedding cake and dessert table! From the moment I first spoke with Heather, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to my vision, ask thoughtful questions, and truly understand the aesthetic and flavor profile I was dreaming of.

The Wedding Cake: WOW. Just wow. The cake was not only a visual masterpiece but a culinary delight. It perfectly matched the theme of our wedding, with simple elegant details that looked too beautiful to eat (but trust me, we did!). She even boxed some up for me and the hubby to share on our 1 year anniversary. And the taste? Heavenly! I even ate some off the floor completely SOBER!

The Dessert Table: This was a show-stopper. The variety, creativity, and attention to detail were unmatched. From the macarons, to the cookies, to the cupcakes and cake pops, every single treat was a work of art. Heather made sure everything coordinated with the wedding colors perfectly. The setup itself was stunning, with beautiful platters. It felt like a fairytale come to life.

Not only was everything perfect visually and taste-wise, but Heather and her team were also an absolute joy to work with. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely passionate about making my day as special as possible. They even helped me with ideas I hadn’t thought of, which elevated the entire design.

I can't thank Brookie Cookie Bakery enough for adding such a magical touch to our big day. If you're looking for a baker who can deliver both exquisite artistry and unforgettable flavors, look no further! They exceeded every expectation and made my wedding day even more special than I could have imagined.

We worked with Brookie Cookie Bakery for the wedding of Tonia and Cristina, held earlier this month at Benvenuto of Boynton Beach. Our Brides had a very unique specialty cake request. They wanted a cake that looked like a chicken. A cake design I will truly never forget. The attention to detail in the unique cake flavor description was also a really nice touch. Pink champagne with edible glitter cake is a new favorite of mine. Can't believe we've never worked together before now. It was so awesome collaborating with your team. I appreciated your baker making the suggestion to remove the wood cake stand as your rectangular cake board would look better without it. The extra sand (graham cracker crumbs?) that you brought to garnish the table under the chicken was a really nice touch. And the way you took our couples monogram and used it in the icing on each guests custom cookie was exactly what the couple was looking for. Such customization. From the very beginning Heather was extremely kind. She made us a box of samples of our choosing of cake and desserts. Boy did it not disappoint! Each sample was amazing it made it truly hard to choose! (She even put in some gorgeous surprise Bride things I was able to use for my wedding events) 😊

The cake and display she set up was truly magical right out of an fairytale, everything I could dream of and more.

After the wedding, she had this video she made with the absolutely kindest words for us, and some very precious moments of my husband and I and showcased the display, breathtaking! Just wow. Such an extra treat and surprise. Than you from the bottom of my heart Heather. You are phenomenal! You made our day just extra magical!
