Dear Subway Corporate Office,
I am writing to complain about an experience I had at your Subway restaurant at 1499 S Dixie Hwy Lantana FL 33462 on November 13, 2023 at 8:30 PM.
I walked into the restaurant to order a sandwich, but the employee told me that the dining room was closed. I offered to go to the drive-thru, but he told me that it was also closed because he was on break.
I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at your Subway restaurant. I understand that the employee was on break, but it is unacceptable to close the entire restaurant to customers during business hours.
The sign on the door of the restaurant clearly states that it closes at 10:00 PM. However, the employee refused to serve me at 8:30 PM. This is a clear breach of Subway's advertised business hours and a violation of customer trust.
I am a regular customer at Subway, and I have always been happy with the service I have received. However, this experience has left me very disappointed. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take steps to ensure that this does not happen again.

*Edit The guy that was working on 1/13/23 that Sunday night should be fired. He doesn't answer the drive through and has the front door locked by 8:20PM when they close at 9PM. When i tried to walk in he just walks back and forth at the counter not making eye contact. How lazy could you be? Working for free i guess. Dont believe me? look back at your cameras for that day you see any customers after 8pm?
6/5/24- idk how they have this guy still working here. He locks the front door 30 minutes before 10pm. And just wonders around with the headset on and if he sees you at the door he walks to the back. You pull up to the drive through and he ignores it. Just know if you see a white Altima with the 14IHUL license plate parked outside your not getting service...
Read more8/18/ 20 6:30 pm They got my online order incorrect for a family of 3, and when I called to correct the missing items the manager Amanda blamed me for her staff mistake, yelled over me and interrupted me while I was speaking numerous of time and made it clear that it was my fault that the chips and the drink was not in my order I never got to tell her what was wrong with the other items when I tried to advise what we can do to move forward on getting my items corrected she informed me that she is not Uber and I can come get my items because she not the one that made my food she refused to give me the corporate number and she informed me that she was a shift leader of the day, and hung up on my face.
