(Edit to include 2nd order)Was in the mood for some pork lo mein and my usual place doesn't serve it and didn't care for it at a few other places I've tried around Lake Worth. Came across this place when I did a search for Chinese delivery. Had to download the Beyond Menu app but it was really easy to use, and comments/requests and make a payment.
First time ordering so thought I'd start small, just a spring roll and Pork Lo Mein. As of now they don't have a minimum for delivery which is really nice and encouraged me to try it out. My total order was about $12 with delivery totally worth it since I didn't have to get in my car and go anywhere. The food came hot and within the time frame that they gave me. The spring roll was really good and a large lo mein portion. I will definitely order from here again. Look forward to trying their Hibachi steak and teriyaki chicken. Keep up the good work!
2nd time i ordered I got another spring roll (still yummy!)& the 2 entree dinner plate. I ordered the hibachi steak and teriyaki chicken that comes with fried rice and veggies. The plate was filled w/ steak and chicken but I believe they sent both hibachi styled. There were nice bite-size white chicken and tender steak. Both had a grilled flavor while the rice tasted like pilaf style, no veggies or egg mixed in. The veggies were not soggy w/ a mix of carrot,onion, zuch and broccoli. Read more**in response to the owner. You have the wrong house. You're speaking about the apartment that lives behind us. That lady is a drunk, and we were constantly given her food. We would just kindly give it to her. Had you not hung up on us, you could have listened. We only canceled our order ONE time, within 2 minutes. Never any issues prior.
We've been going to Mr. Hibachi since they opened. We are Lantana natives, and liked their food. But they refuse to service us, due to events out of control. Tried speaking to a manger/owner and was hung up on.
My husband placed an order for himself and our son. 2 minutes after placing the order, he got called out to an car accident for the Lantana Police. We promptly called and let them know what happened, and cancelled the order. They never said anything negative.
Called a couple weeks later to place an order, told they didn't deliver. Told them I live .25 a mile away, and they delivered all the time here. They said no. Thought it was weird, but didn't press. Thought they were limited to COVID, maybe?

Read moreUPDATE: Received a response from the owner. But it was incorrect. We ordered the food and received confirmation of the order at 7:42pm. The store called at 7:51pm to advise they did not have Bourbon Chicken. No problem, ordered something else instead. Even told the girl on the phone "no problem, thank you so much". At 8:38pm I called them back to ask where the food was as we still had not received it. The girl on the phone said she would call the driver. She then called me back at 8:43 and said the driver would be there soon and advised that they mistakenly put fried rice in the order when we ordered white rice. I asked if she could give me an ETA on the driver and she just said "soon". THAT'S when we cancelled the order. Exactly 1 hour after the order had been placed because we still did not have the food. We did not cancel the order because they were out of bourbon chicken, we cancelled the order because after an hour of waiting, we decided to order somewhere else. If the owner is going to reply to someone's review - you should make sure you are replying with the correct information. Even after the bad experience we decided to try it again. It was a random Tuesday and things happen. No big deal, but after getting a response that was not even true, we will just stay away.
