Requested 5 Soft Flour Tacos with sour cream and extra sour cream. Well I got charged for the sour cream and extra sour cream but you could barely even taste the sour cream in the food. So much for getting what you pay for. Also, I ordered a soft bean burrito no enchilada sauce and add sour cream. Got charged for the sour cream, well guess what? No sour cream whatsoever. So I guess that's the way that they are keeping their inventory control under control by screwing the customer out of what they pay for. I used to manage for the company several times for the owner that is not there anymore and I won't go into details about why he's not there anymore. He would be appalled if he knew how his company is being run into the ground now. No wonder why Fiesta 'Ole is not doing very well anymore. It's a shame because it used to be one of my families favorite places to eat. But now they don't want to eat there and when I order food for them from Fiesta 'Ole they know that it's going to be made wrong. Word of advice for you Fiesta 'Ole. Get back to doing the things that made the company what it used to be when Brian Olsen was the owner because he ran a tight ship and made the business grow. Don't keep running it into the ground because eventually you're going to run out of customers that will do business with your restaurant and you'll be left wondering what happened. Read moreMy coworkers and I have gone to this establishment for lunch many times, however today was one of the worst experiences I have had here. I placed my order at the drive through, two of the items did not get ordered right at the beginning, and I had to re-order those at the window. After a very long wait I was told they were out of nachos and had to cancel that order, I ordered a replacement meal for that and continued to wait. When I was given the order the two large cheddar tots I had to re-order at the window were not present, I asked where they were and the window attendant looked very confused and took it back... I waited again, was presented with a drink I didn't order, and by the time half an hour had nearly passed my order was presented again. I took the (I assume) managers word that she doubled checked everything, and her apology, and left. No big deal. When I got back to work the order was poorly, POORLY, put together - tacos had nothing but lettuce, combo burrito was nothing but beans, and not to special order and requested, and was missing the other order I had given to replace the nachos... Read moreI am a devout Fiesta Ole patron. Sometimes it’s hit or miss on speed or even customer service, but the food is pretty much what it always is. After today though I am done with the Skyline location! I asked specifically if there was ranch for my salad and she said yes, but when I got home there are packs of hot sauce (that I didn’t ask for) and zero ranch. I called and spoke to a guy and he was apologetic and nice, so that was cool but then I start eating my salad. Hamburger wayyy over cooked, so much so that I had to take some out because it was inedible (dogs got a snack from it) and the tortilla bowl thing was stale. I usually love the taco salad but this one just had a strange taste to it so I didn’t eat it. So no ranch, over crooked and inedible hamburger, stale tortilla bowl, and different tasting salad has made this my last visit to the Skyline location.
