The day was wearing on, cloudy skies loomed ominously above and I felt a slight pain in my abdomen. I thought "this is it! This is how I'm going to die! Is it a tumor? An abscessed wound that I received back in the war that went untreated, perhaps? A watermelon growing inside me from when I swallowed that seed in '93?" Panic took over me, I couldn't see, hear or even breathe. My legs wobbled. Clammy hands covered my delicate lips while I groaned in fear, trying, albeit failing, to hide my suffering from others. My hazel eyes swelled up with salty tears that I was certain would be my last. Faces of loved ones passed in my mind, the memories I made with my family flooded my thoughts, the time I was abducted by aliens and experimented on came back to me. Sadness from the memories I would never have overtook me. I would never make it to run on the beach, raid area 51, follow my dream of becoming a professional sign creator for small towns that don't want outsiders coming in ruining God's country. The inner machinations of my mind were an enigma, and as I slowly faded away I realize no one would ever unlock the beauty that lies underneath my hair extensions. I was all but forgotten now. I gave up all hope until I thought of the children. They need me! I mustn't let down all 17 of them. Who would care for the Sir McAurthur IV, our pet Barbaloot. Who would sew his barbaloot suits. No! I have to fight. That's when I realized I hadn't eaten anything that day except oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and toast, also two poached eggs and a half a sandwich. I knew I needed to eat ASAP as possible. That's when I saw a faint glare of a glorious mixture of colors off in the near distance. Sun set orange and freshly skinned third toe blood. What I was seeing was not a mirage. No my friends, this was the sighting of a Burger King sign. And where there is a sign there is a burger. I hopped on my scooter that only goes 8mph, but I said a prayer and with that my scooter went to 11. I could feel the warm wind gliding past my wet tear covered cheeks. The flying insects of the day were collecting in my teeth. Still I rode on. The sign kept getting bigger (that's what she said). I knew it was a matter of moments before I could heal the brokeness inside me. I was all but spent when I finally arrived. But I was there! As God as my witness I. Was. There. The nuggets were...
Read moreI didn't get the name of the person who helped me, but the Manager should know who it was after I talk about my situation. When I got to the drive thru I saw my car was smoking so I turned into the parking lot. I went in to grab a large cup of water to help cool off my engine and the employee who was running the register talked to the manager on shift. He was able to come look at my car to see if everything was good and it was thanks to his help. He also informed me that it would be a bad idea to throw water onto the engine since it would destroy the car. This man was amazing and deserves a raise for coming out to lend a hand when a customer was close to almost destroying a car without the knowledge of what water will do to the engine of the car.
I also came to find out from this guy that one I might have seen smoke come from my car, but it could have been the oven's smoke that cooks the burgers and the smoke just came down to my car. And second that after getting my oil change this same day the auto place short changed my oil even though it was an "oil change" to save money. I am very appreciative of what this employee did for me so if he sees this or gets mention of it by his manager. Thank...
Read moreWorst customer service ever!!!! The person that was at the drive threw window at 10:18pm on 6/26/16 did not seem like he cares about his customers or at least me as a customer. I placed my order of 7 of the 10 peice chicken nuggets & Im unsure if my order was what made him mad? Maybe at the fact he had to take a few minutes out of his time to fill the order but as soon as I placed the order he was rude & i could see him threw the window saying something to the other employee & just kept staring at me .. even when i asked about the sauce for the order he gave additude. Not once did he thank me , not once did he ask if i needed anything else & not once did he welcome me back.. He immediately closed the window .. I understand its fast food , maybe he had a bad day?? .. But as a customer i have the choice to go somewhere else just like it is his choice to make his customers fill welcome at this location 6490 S Eisenman Rd boise Id 83716 store # 11177.. It was my 1st time at this location & will most likely...
