Speaking as a veteran of hospitality/bar/mgmt background. I wish I could have advised the owner on proper bar set up for max speed and efficiency to increase profits. TK's has a lot of wasted space. Too much space between pour stations, beer coolers, taps and registers. I feel sorry for pool players, especially during the day. While the daylight is nice, imho its too much. The atmosphere could feel more homey if the mgmt were to add tint film to the windows, not just blinds. Change the pool table lights. They cast shadows. Not good for pool playing. Bartender was good, friendly responsive, pleasant. To bad she has to walk so far to service the customers. The place is pretty clean....

I just had knee surgery and wanted to play pool with my friends. We weren't asked to open a tab, Kyle made the decision for us and closed us out immediately after ordering a pitcher. He made me feel as if he was angry that we were there and as though he didn't like us. This guy is not a customer service professional. He is a judgemental grump when he has no idea who I am. I will not be returning to this bar. I heard this is just how Kyle is from multiple people....
