If I could give 0 stars I would. My kids wanted this for dinner. We ordered it on the app because we were ordering the stuffed crust. The order was supposed to be done at 8:57. My husband went in at 8:59 because we did not get the text yet that it was ready. They told him it just went in the oven and it would be done in about 10 minutes or so. We sat in the parking lot for about 20 more minutes still no alert. I walked in to get the pizza and the crew supervisor pulled it out of the other cabinet. So the pizza had been sitting in the heat cabinet while I was sitting in my car in the parking lot. I was angry, I made the comment that I would be asking for a refund. No management member should ever speak to an employee the way they were especially in front of customers. I tried to mind my own business but my pizza was dry, gross and burnt. I had to drive 20 minutes back to replace it without a single apology from the manager. They tried to replace my pizza 3 TIMES with similar dried out pizza which I would've walked out with if I hadn't demanded checking them out before I found a pizza worth the actual $6.00.it was worth, I'm so glad I don't work under that manager. I could here the cooks yelling out "8 orders up" but no employees move the orders into the pizza portal. 15 minutes after the app said my food was ready I got to the cashier and asked if my food is ready. She told me that the part of the order was ready, but that it would be twenty more minutes till the other part of my order would be ready.
I decided a hour and twenty minutes was too long to wait for pizza, so I told her to cancel the order and left. I contacted little Caesars customer service email and after ten days no one has responded. Even though I never received my order, I was still charged.
