Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Idaho

I visit this location often, it's close to home and I prefer PM's pizza over other chain pizza places. I'm bummed though because the terrible customer service and lack of organization seems to be getting more consistent. The employees are obviously newbies to the service industry, but I get it...we all start somewhere! I order online, 'ready in 20 minutes'...show up and get the wrong pizza... then wait 20 minutes for mine. Well, that didn't work...I'll call this time! Went in to pick the 'za up...paid and waited around...turns out my pizza was on the racks the whole time! I waited while others received theirs, mouth watering and tummy grumbling. I accepted the awkward apologies each time, but there were no offers of compensation for my time (which I was obviously trying to save). In the service industry that seems pretty standard, but maybe not here... Just a warning: it doesn't matter if you call in or order online, you'll wait anyway! Wont be back and that...

I DON'T RECOMMEND this Papa Murphy's. I recommend AVOIDing this specific Papa Murphy's. District Manager was cantankerous and uncooperative. My daughter ordered 2 pizzas-1 on her card & 1 on mine. When I dropped off my daughter's, she said TOPPINGS WERE MISSING. On mine, toppings were also missing. ADD ON EXTRAS MISSING. SOGGY in the middle. Most of the toppings had not been spread out. Just piled in the middle of the pizza. District manager was uncooperative and I had difficulty understanding him & what he said. MANAGER DID NOT REPLACE PIZZA but offered a new one for 50%. Or I could spend 1 hour driving back to exchange for a new 1 and face 1 hr drive home, not knowing if the new 1 would be prepared properly. Not customer oriented. I will report to CFPD, Better...

Poor experience@2412 S Apple. Ihad 2 separate orders for 2 separate pizzas...both were prepared incorrectly. One pizza had no sauce and although extra were $2 each and i paid for 2 Adirondack toppings, it did not have the extra. I was also told to order extra sauce next time when this one had no sauce to begin with. 2nd pizza had extra toppings ordered as well but they were missing. It also was missing mushrooms, onions and had olives added. We were offered us 2 coupons for 50%off another pizza or bring in pizza back &they'll remake. Normally taking back would be fine but like I stated, two separate orders... they went to two separate locations. I can't drive due to recent surgery and live across town. I fed part to my pets-no sauce or garlic...
