Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Illinois

Absolute worst disrespectful experience I've ever had ordering a pizza in my life. And I worked for this company for 3 years. I am ultimately ashamed of dominoes. Didn't call my phone to let me know what the food was here. I sat outside in the front of my driveway for 38 minutes. They didn't knock on the door. They didn't ring the doorbell. Then when I called the complain to management about the poor service I got from the delivery driver. They hung up on me and treated me extremely rude. Highly disappointed that once I arrived to get my pizza. I’m seeing the cook does not wear any ppe/ gloves when making the pizzas. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Granted on the customers part I know that we are still ordering food in the middle of a pandemic, but the least the cook can do is also be careful with ones food. I don’t want to speak on the cooks nails either .. it looked like it was an infection or some sort while handling my food. We ordered two pizzas, well done. Upon calling to complain about the pizzas being doughy still Sammy said “there’s no way they’re not done, sir, I sent em twice myself” and when I explained the middle was still doughy her response was “how many toppings did you have?”. So, it’s my fault for having too many toppings that the pizza requires more heat to cook. “Did you want it burnt”? Wild.
