Dunkin' — Restaurant in Illinois

Every time I go here, I have an awful experience. On more than one occasion, they have made my drink wrong because they don’t pay attention to what you actually order, they hear one thing and start making a drink. They have literally given me a latte with no espresso in it, just milk and flavor. Today, they told me they wouldn’t accept a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts card because it wasn’t a store that had both. Then I pointed out to them it was the same company and they literally had both logos on their uniforms. They finally tried it and surprise surprise, it worked. They told me I only had $5.50 on there when I had never used the card before and it said $10 on it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved along. They handed me my latte which was not closed at all and I spilled it all over myself, and they just ignored it acting like it didn’t happen. I ordered and payed for a sandwich they were out of so I asked for my money back. They gave me $2.50 back when the sandwich was more than that and it said so on my receipt. I was so over it at this point. They employees are constantly messing up and are rude about it. Drive the extra 10 minutes and visit any other DD than this one. Awful...

Worst service ever! The slowest crue ever! They've been nice, very kind so far, as they were now, but it's not worth it when they're always late very much, so I'm always late for work because of them. How far in advance should I order through the app?!?

They keep people who don't know how to make coffee and then there is no difference between walk in or order ahead!

I ordered through the app well in advance, and EVERYONE who CAME AFTER me to order on the spot OR those who ORDERED through the app AFTER me (according to the times seen on the labels) were served BEFORE ME. ALL OF!

Coffee and plain bagel! Ordered through the app 15 minutes before arriving at the location, I waited on site for an additional 25 minutes!!! One of the WORST fast food or any type of restaurant/ coffee shops I have ever experienced. What is amazing is that when the owner and/or his wife are there is gets even worse. They are not bad people. It's just that they have no clue what they are doing. I live about 200 yards from this DD and I will not go there anymore longer. They screw up even the simplest order.
