Dec 8th 2022 woman at drive thru being ignorant . Yall need teach yall drive thru people how to do mobile orders. I had cancel my order ans I am waiting to see if It goes thru. I sent my son pick up the order. I gave him order number as said on app at bottom. She claims too many numbers so I gave her bold ones 4 letters. She claim it not there . She was shown screenshot and i had then have her get her manager etc. She refused. Never had this issue before. If you give whole numbers they already know it's the first 4 or 5. Didn't need to be that complicated. And if she in training someone should been there with her. Smh waste my time and gas on a clueless and stubborn woman. Dont have time for nonsense and Never ordering here again. For future please advise all your new workers how to do mobile orders. Nobody answers phones . Other boy in car is a worker at mc donalds he try tell her. I even talk to her over phone . She had accent now I don't have anything against foreigners I am married to one. But becouse they can speak some English don't mean they fully understand. You speak and rhey will nod head and agree to everything and not know word you say. If she void of understanding maybe she shouldn't be in drive thru. Many Americans not trying be racist as it would seem but when people can't understand and mess up your order or charge you wrong or change your number like I had before it fusterating. Why should we have to deal wirh this in our own country .people like that have no business being in customer service. My man I understand him in person better than over phone sometimes . People with those accents like that don't need be in customer service. Things get messed up and nobody understand each other. Just leads to bad business. I noticed the yogurt was practically spilling out of the lid - as if they put more yogurt in the cup to âfreshenâ it up. About half way through, I noticed the strawberries, which typically are only at the bottom, were a bit slimey and discolored. I thought Iâd check the time on the sticker..... The sticker had been torn OFF. WTF I couldnât flippinâ believe my eyes. I hesitantly took a small bite and then thought better of it. DUH!! My sonâs parfait had his label torn off as well but his tasted fine. A few hours later, my stomach emptied itâs contents in a fury! WHO authorized the removal of this sticker and WHY did they think it would be a good decision? Im a delivery driver, i came at night , it took me 10 minutes to arrive at this location,told them at the drive thru order area all the details had to repeat myself many times, i wait in line for 15min for them to not have even started the order when i got to the window. Dude couldnt understand basic numbers for the order i asked for the manager she was rude and basically just walked away from me as im trying to formally lodge my complaint .They both tried saying it was my fault for not telling them the order information even though i did at least 5 times at the speaker and the person even repeated the information back to me . The people behind me even heard me and defended me when the manager accused me of fault. #mcdonalds i do about 30 stores a day for deliveries and this has been the worst experience i would never come back or recommend...
