Humble Farmer Brewing- Imperial — Restaurant in Imperial

Six of my friends and I decided to try this place for dinner. None of us had been there before. The menu did have some variety, thouvh pricey After ordering the meals came out at an excruciatingly slow pace. The meals were served one at a time with a few minutes passing between each meal served. One of the members of our party didn't get served until we were finished.I think they were making them one at at a time. I said to the waiter she should get a discount laughing. To be clear, this was not said rude in any way. The server walked to the other side of the table and turned around and started screaming at me. Calling me rude and saying that asking for a discount was rude. Certainly everybody at our table went quiet and most of the patrons also went quiet. He never returned to our table. Other people took over for him and they were quite nice but the damage was done. Yelling at senior. The food as I said for some was good. Personally I didn't care for mine much. The french fries were soggy and luke warm while the chicken sandwich was only okay The person that took our money was kind and apologized on the behalf of this other server. He said that the emloyee had apologized to him....

Bad experience overall. 1st time here. Arrived at 7pm. Party of 7, business related. Where to begin... Ordered fish and chips and went with beer recommendation after beer requested was out. Fish and chips were burnt, chips were inedible, too salty.(I usually add salt btw) People with me agreed. No silverware provided. Waitress was super busy but never came by to ask how things were, not even once. Only waitress working so not blaming her since I overheard her telling other patrons she was washing dishes as well, she was working hard. Failed to refill water, not even once. Finished my beer, glass was picked up but wasn't asked or given a chance to order 2nd beer. Felt ignored, still tipped her since I felt bad and I'm not a prick. Don't recommend based on experience. Beer recommended, Mosaic IPA, was great. One beer, one glass of water, no silverware, overcooked and inedible food, 2+hrs there. Never asked how things were, ignored. One star. Go for the beer, not the service or food. Didn't want to post since I'm from the Valley and live/work in Sacramento, but owner replied asking what happened after 1 star rating, hope this explains it. Was looking forward to tasting the new beer. First bad I asked for a taster of Hazy IPA and Horchata Stout. Ok so they were out of both so I went to a back up plan. Second bad I asked for 1/4 Carrot Ale Mixed with Highline Stout which I have had many times when I am down in the area. The server told me they don't do that so I figured I would mix it myself and asked for a Highline Stout and a sample of Carrot Ale. What a surprise the tap of Highline blew. Third, Forth,Fifth bad my wife ordered a Cider which they were out of, she also ordered the soup of the day which was super salty and the last was she ended up ordering a Cab wine that tasted watered down.
