4 workers on one shift and 3 f--k up during my visit today when there were only 2 customers in store. First i ask for a 6" honey oat sub on tuna. A girl comes and starts to stock the chips between me while im taking my order. Rude. Then the girl making the sandwhich doesnt put tuna in it. It gets marked as a "veggie delite sub". (Not what i asked for at all) And girl number 3 rings up the order and shorts me $10. I count it in front of her and show her im short she recounts it and tells me im wrong. I told her to count it again and THEN she realizes her mistake. Thank god i asked for my receipt, these people are so dumb. Got home only to see my sub was missing my tuna. Called the complaint line and the woman who answers laughs at me and tells me if i go back they will remake it and got hung up on. Why should i waste my time & gas for YOUR mistake? I was nice both times bc i work in the food industry too but now im venting bc this is f--king ridiculous. Complete idiots work here. If you go here, pay with card, ask for your receipt and check your food before...
Read moreFirst and foremost, not necessarily to the actual employee, even though you were reading from the receipt and making the sandwich on the piece of paper, I guess if I had a line of people waiting and was the ONLY employee working, I'd probably lose the ability to read under pressure too. But who in their right mind schedules ONE person every weekend? Not only did I wait for over 25 minutes when my online order said it was done when I got there, the wait would have been fine had I been given the right sandwich! Idk if you think you're saving money by not hiring or only scheduling one person on the weekends but in the 25 minutes I was sitting there at least 4 people got out of line and just left. I'm done with Subway, overpriced sandwiches and not even getting your own order if this were a one time thing then I understand, but idk how many times this has happened already. I will say, if you have no idea what you want to eat, just place an order and see what you get, it's like russian roulette with other...
Read moreI like onions but it's hard to get enough on your sandwich. I tell the guy working there more onions and he puts 3 more very paper thin pieces on there. I'm paying 20 dollars for 2 sandwiches I should be able to get plenty of onions without feeling like I'm being a beggar. I hate going there by now but my son makes me still go here and everytime I feel like I gotta beg to get enough vegetables on my sandwich. Years ago I remember my sandwich used to be hard to close because I got the chicken patty on there and they weren't so skimpy with everything but now they have no more chicken patties and it's hard to get anything with enough meat unless you order extra meat on it. They are getting incredibly skimpy and I'm feeling like a beggar everytime even though I'm spending...
