This place is normally okay. I have been there 5-6 times in the last 5-6 weeks. My issue occurred 4-12-2025 where I was treated like an annoying complaining person, when I had an issue with the product but I was not believed because “I was the first and only person to tell them about the issue”.
I ordered a Diet Coke 4-12-2025 in the drive-thru. I received the beverage, and pulled out of the restaurant. About a minute later I sipped the Diet Coke and it tasted terrible, like there was a problem with the syrup used in the beverage machine. I went back. I used the drive-thru again. I was told pull-through to second window. I did that. One employee looked perplexed and confused after I explained the situation: I just ordered a Diet Coke, here is my receipt proof, it tastes awful.
Another employee came. Was also confused. I explained again. They gave me another Diet Coke. This one also tasted terrible.
Finally someone who I assume was a manager, a woman, I explained to her the situation. She was very rude and cranky, told me that I was the first and only person to complain of this problem, I was holding up the line. She asked if I wanted a different beverage (since she did not believe me that there was an issue with the Diet Coke, since no one else had mentioned this), I said OK. She told me to park in curbside parking spot 2.
I waited there for 10 minutes. No one came. I went inside. Waited 5 minutes before I could catch an employees attention. I explained the situation, I said I have been waiting at curbside spot 2 for 10-15 minutes for a Dr. Pepper since they don’t believe me that there is an issue with the Diet Coke.
I got the Dr. Pepper and left.
I did not appreciate being accused of being crazy. Just because I was the first one to speak up about the terrible taste does not mean it had not been an issue for hours with other customers affected! Traffic was INSANE during the afternoon and I assume if anyone had an issue, they did not bother turning around to get a replacement because the traffic was so terrible.

Read moreIf I could give a zero i would this place used to be a great place to eat not anymore I don't know if they have a new manager but the Manager named Maria is horrible they made 4 mistakes in the matter of a week's time I go thru the drive-thru for the convenience but never get it theres always something messed up whether it be the old lady that is always on drive-thru that trys to do both lanes at once and puts in the other sides order then repeats it and I have to tell her wrong lane then so she has to erase everything and start over but she used my code on the other order so I have to go inside which takes another 20 mins on top of the 20 mins I sat in drive-thru then I order 2 caramel frappes and 2 lg fries and a md fry through the drive-thru and they hand them to spilling out the top and sides and I ask them to fix it they wipe the top pile off and still hand them to me I pull off and realize they are all liquid no ice and the fries are cold how does that happen when it's lunch rush you've got me so as I'm heading home I call back to the McDonald's and it took 5 times before someone answered and it was the manager Maria I explain the situation and her reply is bring it back now so she can see it that they are busy right now I told her that I don't have the time to come back right now and she tells me without her seeing it right now there's nothing she can do I trying to explain this is the fourth time in a matter of a week that there's been a problem and she keeps rushing me telling me it's busy there and she can't do anything unless I come back right now very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the situation like she didn't care and if they are so busy why is everything cold and a mess I wasn't gonna write this review but it made me mad to think I gave them chance after chance to fix the problems but yet no resolve I think Maria can not run this store properly she doesn't care about the customers or serving the proper food the worst...
Read moreMy wife ordered a small fry, and it was cold so she asked for a fresh order of fries. The girl at the window who rolled her eyes took the fries back inside and put them in the fryer, and this is what she got back. My wife didn't check them for a few minutes because she waited for new fries, when she opened the bag this is what she got I called and the manager said the fries were fresh because she cooked them herself. Well I wouldn't get food from them because they are taking food back inside and putting it back in the cooking oil,they are not supposed too. She most definitely didn't wash her hands after taking the fries from my wife. I will be calling the health department because the manager said that she doesn't answer to anyone but her owner, and she wouldn't give me the owners name.
Update: I received this message from McDonald's, and of course no one from the store has contacted me. Just horrible customer service.
