I frequent this Hardee's somewhat regularly before work in the morning. For awhile everything was sunshine and rainbows the service was quick and I was in and out and it was the best at choice for an early (about 5:20) breakfast stop before work. But about a 6 weeks ago I just ordered a couple sausage biscuits, I pay they give me my bag, look inside to make sure both of them are there and they are. I open up the bag to go and eat my sandwich once I get to work, and to my surpirse there's no sausage on the biscuit, needless to say I was rather upset called no one ever picked up so I could complain and my anger eventually subsided. Im sure I boycotted for a couple weeks and didn't go but eventually I caved because frankly I like their products and it's the closest place to me. Everything again seemed fine for the last little while. . . And then today it was the same situation, just needed a couple biscuits, ordered them got the bag (and I want to preface this by saying, I think I checked every biscuit I got for the last month to make sure, I thought I got what the weight felt like down to a science) got to work opened by breakfast and was greeted by 2 plain biscuits....
Read moreI love Hardies, I am originally from California where is it Carl's Jr. It is one of the few fast foods that caters to gluten intolerance with lettuce wraps and I can't tell you how many times male managers will say, sorry we stopped doing that, the lettuce isn't big enough (as Robert said this time). The lettuce was perfect and the sandwich was good, but he forgot to put down extra pickles, so I had none. When I paid, I gave him a 20 and he cracked a joke about his stack of 20's, on and on. Whatever. Then he gave me change for $12.+, $4 and change. I said, how much was that? and he pulled $2 out of my hand and gave me a $5 bill. Okay... Then I got my food, no fries. I said I asked for a combo, don't I get fries? He said, some people don't want fries, some people do. Then he said he would bring them out. I read while I eat, so I am slow. I ate my entire burger, other people walked by with their combo meals and I never got fries. I made sure to tell Robert I didn't need them anymore, and after more than 50 years, maybe I don't need Hardies...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible! I waited 25 minutes in drive thru for food. My girls were hungry, their excuse was the cook was very new. I asked to speak with the manager, I was told it would be a sec, after that comment, I wanted a refund. The manager was even blaming the new cook, how about take responsibility as a manager not blame your new employees. How about be prepared and help this cook out and provide better training for your employees! And have a manager that is more receptive to their employees and to the customers by communicating. I had zero communication, I had to flag the the cashier in the window. He was even telling me he was supposed to be off already. Come on Hardee's do better!!! This was asinine! After the refund I drove off, other customers drove off too.
Don't set your employees up for failure, your managers should know better and do better by setting an example to blame the new cook.
