This established should be closed, I am not sure how it passes a health inspection. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years from bus boy to top level management, I have the experience to make the previous statement. I visited this location on a very snowy Saturday Jan. 12 at about 4pm, the place was empty. The 2 males working were fairly uninterested in us upon entering, you'd figure they'd be happy to see someone on a slow day. The ordering process was mediocre but that isn't my concern. The toppings bar had not been sanitized in a considerable amount of time, you could see noticeable buildup on the adapter bars holding the pans up, clear signs of not breaking the cold well down regurlarly, the food looked fresh, but the sanitation of the pans are debateable. Check out was prompt, about the only interaction that was satisfactory. The soda nozzle were nasty, I chose water and unscrewed the spicket prior to dispensing as no one should drink from what that nozzle was dispensing. I carried the tray to my wife and as I handed it to her she lost a grip because the bottom of the tray was oily and greasy, the employee tried to tell me it was water until I showed him the oil on my hands, there was no apology. As I went to was my hands I was introduced to a restroom I would find at a rock concert port-o-potty. In the men's room the toilet has visible urine stains on the bowl under the seat, clearly not cleaned in a very considerable amount of time, the seat was not screwed to the bowl so sitting down was at your own risk and I wasn't going to attempt to touch the screws and bolts to try to fix it. The women's room had a bowl full of brown water and a sign on the door that was propped open with a ladder, the sign said the restroom was close down because the pipe outside was broken. This lead me to further inspect the store with a restaurant manager's eye. The tables and chairs were satisfactory but the floors need scrubbed, degreaser and mopped properly nightly. The walls need attention, the dust and dirt is not appealing. There's a sheet of foil wrapped around the sneeze guard blocking the few of the meat slicer, this is clearly there to block the view of the unsanitary slicer, it is not clean and I wish I would not have eaten products sliced by it, not to mention the ultra thin slice thickness of the meat as stated by other reviewers, clearly a tactic of a failing store to pinch dollars. I would be afraid to enter the kitchen to look around with an experienced eye. Again, this establishment should not proceed operating, it is not operating at base level health standards as customers expect, not to mention as a company. Mr. Goodcents corporate team members should visit this location promptly to see how the brand is being...
Read moreI attempted to order online. I have always been unable to order from this outlet. Each time I enter my address, I get a message that states I am out of a particular store's delivery area. I called store #45 and the male that answered was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He used my address to determine deliver-ability to my home. He informed me that his store data system advised me to call the noland road store. He then offered me the telephone number to that store.
When I called the noland road store #29, a male answered the phone and I asked for him to check my address in order to see if he would determine if he could deliver to me. He told me he was UNABLE to check my address. (AFTER THE FELLA AT STORE 45 DID JUST THAT) He took my entire order, rang me up, and gave me a total. I had to give him turn by turn directions and he still was unsure where I lived. It took the full 45 minutes he quoted me in order to receive our 1st visit from the delivery person.
When he arrived, he had forgotten my 1/2 order of broc cheese soup, the chips to child's meal, my parm chicken pasta. He remembered: 1/2 sandwich to go w 1/2 soup that was "forgotten" at store, 1/2 sub, full sub, child sub; he also brought us a parm chk sandwich that we did not order. I paid w 40$ cash, we gave him all the change from our order and requested he return with some soda (as we had provided a TIP, PLUS Extra $ to get a soda from store #29 - seeing as how our order was incomplete anyhow). He informed us he would return with our portion of the order he forgot.
He did return very much later. He gave me a FULL bowl of broc cheese soup - as opposed to the 1/2 order I wanted and a large soda - one purchased from a convenience store. My broc cheese SOUP came saran-wrapped along with a FORK. I was charged for a parm chk I NEVER RECEIVED. The delivery person had to return to my home and yet STILL was unable to give us what we ordered. PLUS I was NOT reimbursed for the parm chk I did NOT get. (5.99)
The delivery person that was on call to our house is not entirely to blame, although he IS the face of the company at the time of consumer exchange. He can only be as good as his management is, and according to my recent experiences, management at the noland road store is needing a complete overhaul and retraining.

Read moreDO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I recently moved into the area and began eating here because the food seemed good and reminded me of home. However, the staff is way to rude and disrespectful. I will order my food ahead of time, approx. 20-30 minutes, and when I show up they haven't even started it and tell me they are busy when there is only one other customer. Well, what I noticed quickly is that they'll only give good service to a specific kind of people (hint: its based on the color of your skin). So I was constantly pushed aside and made to wait while they gave superb service to their preferred customers. The final straw for me was when I was picking up 2 orders and the guy there screamed at me. The orders just consisted of 3 six inch subs and about 6 bags of chips. He kept telling me the order was too big and it was gonna take long, but he served other customers (hint: those with a much lighter complexion) quickly and efficiently. I went to wait in my car then when I came back inside 10 minutes later he began SCREAMING at me that I was NOT getting my food in less than 20 minutes and that I had to wait an addtional 20 minutes for the final sub. I said I was going to wait inside until they were done and if he could hand me the ones already finished and he screamed at me that he was not going to hand me the order. So I checked to see if they had all the chips I wanted and he SCREAMED again that I couldn't touch anything and that I needed to get out that he was NOT going to give me my food without making me wait a very long time. I was in shock and he kept screaming "GET OUT GET OUT" so I just canceled my order and left. This place is horrible and I cannot believe the ignorance of the staff. Spend your money elsewhere (especially if you do not match the staff's preferred...
