Really excellent atmosphere, service, and real house-roasted espresso.
A truly gorgeous refurb of an historic building, with a fireplace, excellent meeting room, and a great feel.
Service is quick and kind.
Espresso (didnât try any other coffees) was excellent.
For those interested in tasting notes (not just drowning your sorrows in sugary syrups â no judgment to those who do!), itâs a more classic espresso, balanced and a touch earthy. Not an adventurous, nutty bean with fruity overtones or anything.
The cortado was bold and sensible. A 12-oz latte has a smoother feel without the espresso getting buried.
Solid latte art (even on the cortado, which takes some skill). This means more to your final espresso-drink than just aesthetics â it means youâre getting a drink someone cared about crafting the right way.
Thanks for a good experience at a new-to-me place.
I wish weâd had time to linger and try baked goods and drink...

Whether intentional or not, the experience left a bad taste. I...
