Morgan was super nice and informative while helping me and my girlfriend. My girlfriend is super shy and new to the entire toy world and Morgan was super nice, easy to talk to, non judgmental and was willing to take the time to answer questions and help her choose the right toy. She even helped me find something for myself as well. I enjoyed the experience in the store. It was super clean, well stocked and I felt super welcomed by Morgan. She greeted us upon entering and let us know if we had any questions or needed help finding anything to let her know and she’d be happy to help. okay this place is absolutely amazing and the customer service was the best customer service I've had in a very long time anywhere. louise was who helped me and I hope I spelled her name right he was friendly very knowledgeable and even if she didn't know an answer to the question she took the extra step to look it up and find out the answer this place is badass their customer service is impeccable will not go anywhere else ever again they blow cirilla's out of the water. thank you for your amazing customer service and super big variety of items...

3 stars only because Becky changed my mind tonight. I came in last week or a week and half ago and there was a ton of boxes by the back door, couldn’t even get to any of the shelf’s in the back of the store because of it. It was a girl named moneya working I think. She wasn’t very helpful. Asked me if I’m actually going to purchase anything or just keep asking questions. Tonight when Becky helped me she was more than willing to answer any questions and was super kind. Will only be coming back when she’s working....
