This isn't about the store itself but about one of its employees. While having dinner at the restaurant next door (5/8/2025), a blonde Starbucks employee in a yellow shirt marched over. And instead of speaking politely or even with basic courtesy, she loudly demanded to know whose car was parked out front because they were expecting a delivery.
Yes, the car should not have been there. It belonged to a DoorDash driver. But rather than handle the situation with any level of professionalism, the employee chose to argue loudly with the driver. She scolded her for parking there, claiming it was a fire lane and repeating that they had a delivery coming.
Strangely, the delivery truck was allowed to park in the same spot. Blocking the sidewalk, lift gate extended, and there were no cones, signs, or anyone present to ensure safety.

Read moreI needed coffee for 150 people with less than 24 hours notice. I called and spoke with the manager (I wish I remembered his name because he’s amazing. I was there the morning of 5/20/24). Most places probably would have either turned me down or been or been less than pleasant. This was not the case at this location. He helped me figure out how many containers I would need and assured me that everything (13 of the large travel containers) would be ready by 7am. Not only was the order ready at 7am, he and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed and helped me get it all to my car. All with smiles on their faces. I see the cup that was mine, but it wasn't ready. I hear one workers say that's been sitting there for 20 minutes it needs to be remade. So I wait, but while I'm waiting I see one of the employees making a beverage. He's putting caramel or something in a cup when next he licks his fingers!!! Yuck!!!!
