Food tastes very good, is prepared directly in front of you and the process is very quick and relatively inexpensive considering the quality of food you are getting. If you would like either the soup, chili or a milkshake I recommend telling the first person who takes your initial order so as to move the line along faster. I would also recommend asking for extra meat, bacon, or mushrooms at this point as well because that way they are heated with your sandwich as it moves through the oven.
Price wise their smallest size sandwich, the "skinny" will run you $6.69 which I think is a good deal. They have chip and drink combo options as well, but I instead go for the cookies which are actually made fresh in house daily and are well worth the extra few dollars. (I recommend the double chocolate). The milkshakes are also freshly made and taste delicious but I don't think they are worth the price despite coming with fun little cookies.
Out of the ~97 times I have gone to this establishment so far they have messed up (in even the smallest way) my order only twice and each time they more than made up for it by comping my sandwich and doing so with excellent customer service.
I have very few places I enjoy eating because food consistency is important for me and I believe that even though ratios of sauces or amount of onions may vary depending on who is making my sub, the quality of the ingredients and overall taste experience has been maintained exceptionally well.
My go to sandwich is the Steakhouse with added mushroom, onion...
Read moreJust ordered doordash from this place for my parents. They completely left out half of our order and when my mother called to ask if we could get the other half the woman told us it was doordashes’ fault that potbelly left of a sandwich we payed for! So rude! It was on my doordash receipt! They didn’t even apologize for it and didn’t offer any sort of resolution to our issue. The woman on the phone even said “oh we have the receipt for your other sandwich right here” so they had the order and didn’t make it and somehow that’s our fault? In the end my father is driving over to pick it up. This isnt even the first time they messed it up. Last time we ordered We asked for no cheese on an item and they put it on anyways. Our family member with a food allergy couldn’t eat their sandwich. I would not recommend this place at all. We take our food allergies very seriously and everyone in the food industry should. I work customer service and this is not how you talk to customers.
Really honestly more upset with how rude she was to my mother than I am with the...
Read moreIt was mine and my girlfriends first time here, and I consider myself a person who is pretty understanding because I work in food service myself. When someone comes into my place of work I try and be helpful and convey my knowledge to them so they can make the best decision for them for their lunch/dinner. But when I came into this location today the girl at the counter was quiet, never really telling me what was next. I’ve never been here so I just needed a little nudge in what I’m supposed to do. I don’t know how to put how unhelpful this location was into the best words but when we were cashing out, not knowing when to order the pickles, the big ones, we ordered them at the register and as the girl cashing us out tells the girl who was making our sandwiches to get two big pickles she says and I quote “well they didn’t ask for those.” Like I’ve NEVER been here EVER. Just all around some of the worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. I don’t feel as though I’m asking a lot to be helped out when I’m clueless. Sorry you have to...
