Zoup! Eatery — Restaurant in Independence

I recently rated the mac n cheese 5 stars on my other account because it was so well done and delicious. I got it today and it was disgusting. It was undercooked and just outright disgusting! I tried to explain to the woman that it wasn't right! And nothing about it was consistent with the time I had it before. She just shrugged it off and did not offer to remake it or anything. When I tell you that it is inedible, I mean it! I still not be eating this slop. Even the taste that I just had is unsettling to my stomach! I literally want my money back. I will be changing or updating the review on my other account. How freaking dare you serve...

This place is really good and the people behind the counter are very friendly and helpful. This was my first time trying Zoup and I was offered to try few soups as I wasn’t sure what to get. I liked the bean soup and I also ordered veggie wrap and a cranberry almond Sonoma salad. The salad dressing was little on a sweeter side so I just added half and still found it very tasty. Everything was really fresh and delusions with a very clean tables. I would defiantly recommend the soup and salad half half and should be enough for most of the people. Upon entering I was greeted with a hello. Michael gave me several options of soups to try. Considering Im alil under the weather and having a lack of senses each one he offered really bought some life to my taste buds lol…. but he asked if i have some congestion going on ((i appreciate that he noticed that)) and gave me a sample of the chicken noodle soup…… i enjoyed it….and i felt the mucus loosening up after eating it and drinkn some cold water…. It really helped alot….
