Good morning. I know that I gave you guys a great review a few months back but clearly you guys are under New Management or you have a cook now that doesn't care. I can be honest and say that I did place the order wrong but. I ordered the 2 for 3 and the sausage McMuffin with the seasoned potatoes. All of the McMuffins were hard which means that the cook didn't put them in the toaster or didn't warm them up before serving them. The wrappers were not even wrapped around the sandwich properly but due to the fact that I had to drop my daughter's off and go to a doctor's appointment I didn't even make a big deal like I normally would. I look at it like this no one is holding you workers at gun point if you don't like your job go find one that makes you happy 😁 and a place where you can thrive in. In closing Iam so disappointed in you guys. I just ate there Friday not last Friday but the Friday that just passed which was the 12th of July. I ordered the same thing the food was hot 🔥 and the service was great as usual then here Iam telling my daughter's how good it was then this happens. Read moreVery poor. Order was missing half the food. Called and was told the order would be fully replaced. I told them that wasn't necessary but the manager insisted. I agreed to come the next day. She wrote all my information down. The next day I arrive and requested to speak to them manager on duty. The GM presented herself and asked how she could help (defensively). I stated I had spoken to a manager the previous day and she took my information down. I gave her my name. The GM said we don't do that. She asked what was wrong with my order and I stated half my food was missing from the previous day and had to go to another establishment to buy more food (Wendy's is 20 minutes away). The GM said they don't replace full orders only what's wrong. I said no problem half doesn't help and I'd contact corporate. She said fine I'll replace it this once. I said that it wasn't necessary and I would just leave. She insisted so I waited. I waited approximately 20+ minutes for my food. During the entire process she was very rude and cut me off several times. I used no swear words and tried to be very polite because I didn't want my new order messed with. Read moreFrustrating service and cannot get orders right.. I’m new to the area and rarely ever eat Wendy’s, so we decided to get some as it was one of the closer restaurants. We ordered a quite expensive meal via UberEats and the driver ended up stealing our whole order! We were refunded (including the tip) DAYS later from Uber, but nothing else was done about this, other than a report filed on the driver, and we got no food that night. Decided some weeks later to try ordering from here again to give it another shot, on UberEats.. Again. We ordered for three adults. Everything seemed to be going fine; Our food got finished quickly and our driver was very nice- He even delivered it in a timely manner. Well, when we opened the bag, inside was a child’s meal consisting of a tiny plain burger, a small lemonade, and a cheeseburger.. Nothing else other than those three items stuffed inside a large bag with NO receipt or proof of online order, which every restaurant I have online ordered from does that.
