Have ordered from here many times and usually the food is pretty good, however, this time is was really bad. The stuffing in the dumplings was something completely different from every other time we've ordered them and was not something anyone in my family liked, we threw most of them away. The chicken fingers in the Sweet and Sour Chicken were burnt, they were full on dark brown and not the golden color they usually are. The Crab Rangoons weren't creamy at all and no one wanted them after trying 1. Lastly the Lo Mein, very dry, we even ordered extra sauce and even with that it still was pretty dry. Will be a long time before we consider ordering from here again.

Update 12/28/19 After my first review the manager came to my home to talk to me about it, he explained that the dumplings are made in a factory somewhere (!!) and that they had a new supplier, he did drop off some additional food and asked me to give them another shot, we did and the following order was okay. Then we placed a larger order today and we're back to problems. Again requested extra lo mein sauce on the side, we requested chop sticks and the free donuts they usually give if your order is $20 or more. We got none of them, I called and the woman who answered just kept arguing with me, stating over and over that we didn't ask for the extra sauce on the side and instead of the free donuts they gave us some calendar I don't give 2 you-know-whats about and that she didn't see the request for chop sticks. This was an online order and I had a copy of the email and I read the special instructions section of it to her. She said she would send the driver back, that was 30 minutes ago with no sign of the driver so far and the food is now cold. Time to find another place to spend...

I placed a delivery order for a pint size -shrimp fried rice and a quart size- beef fried rice. The staff person who took the order spoke with a thick accent and I thought she repeated the order correctly (i.e., shrimp fried rice and beef fried rice). It took a hour for the food to arrive (even though it was placed promptly when the restauraunt opened) and once I received the food, it was pork fried rice and beef fried rice. Although we do not eat pork, I planned to keep the order (mistakes happen), throw out the pork, and then share the beef fried rice. I did not need them to return money or bring another meal. However, I did want to simply inform them of the error to reduce the chance of it happening in the future. I contacted them, and the person who took the order immediately spoke in a louder, defensive tone, stating, " You must have said pork fried rice," and "It was your fault!" I explained that I think we simply misunderatood one another when I placed the order and she defintively stated, "It was your fault." After listening to her argue and realizing I would not have the opportunity to explain myself, I ended the call. The beef fried rice was mediocre which warranted three stars. I have ordered from this establishment for over 19 yrs now. Slowly over the years the food has went from amazing to down right grotesque. When new management took over the restaurant it went down hill. It started off with the buffet not being up to par; food being cold, or in other words room temperature, or either the food was just dried out and old and you could tell it’s been there sitting there all day. So we decided it would be best to order and pick up since it’s made by order. I usually get the same thing every time I order; General Taos chicken Extra crispy light sauce. So I picked my food up and took it home. I open the lid for my food and the chicken on top looked rather different so I investigate... appeared there was some kind of different sauce and the chicken looked very light in color. So I took a bite and my chicken wasn’t even cooked, it was almost raw. The battering on the chicken wasn’t even finished cooking, it was literally falling off when I picked it up by hand. I’m beyond over this place, I’ve given them chance after chance and the Manager (the one who runs the front register) always is very short and doesn’t know how to treat customers.
