Arby's — Restaurant in Indiana

I’m assuming the lady in the morning is the manager, she is the rudeness person I’ve ever met I’ve been there a few time in the morning after they open at 6am and I usually get side (which you CAN get in the morning especially with your breakfast meals) so the older lady with the long hair says it’s breakfast time after I’ve ordered sides at the drive through and I said I’ve ordered just sides many times in the morning not just at this Arby’s but many other in the morning so I get to the window and she doesn’t tell me how much my order is so I just guess and hand her $15 when I guess it’s $16 something and she goes mam we do breakfast right now and I said I’ve bought sides from specifically you a million times in the am and she said well THIS Arby’s doesn’t do lunch time in the AM and I said well I guess you guys are just lazy because all the other Arby’s including yours has sold me sides and she flipped me off and closed the window very unprofessional very immature if you don’t completely sell sides then NEVER sell sides in the morning not just when you pick and choose to feel like making them?? She groans everytime some orders sides like just get a new job lady if you hate it. Will be calling...

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and after someone grabbing my card and rolling their eyes at me, I got my card shoved back into my hand with no receipt and told to pull forward. So I did and then about 3 minutes later a girl screamed out the door for me to pull into a spot, which was never instructed, they could have at least walked to my car and politely directed where I needed to go. There was only one other car in the drive through, I would understand if they were busy but that wasn’t the case. 10 minutes later I received my food and the fries tasted rotten and nothing was even hot and fresh so the wait made no sense. Update 2023: I wanted to update my review. I stopped going to this location for quite a while but my husband and I decided to give it another chance. Not a lot of choices in this area to eat and we were tired of the rotation. I am not sure if they are under new management or what happened to make improvements here but it is definitely better. We enjoy going again. The food is good, service is friendly and the majority of my experiences of late have been positive.

We are happy we gave this Arby's another chance. They really changed and improved.
