Terrible service! The girl with the dark hair claimed to be the manager was very sloppy prepping my burrito. I asked her to drain the beans a bit she instead slinged a sloppy watery spoonful of it on the tortilla. She realized as I did that she hadn't followed directions and kind of paused for a second to see my reaction. I asked her if it would be okay to start over she said sure and grabbed it up in a hurry and threw it angrily into the trash can. She then told me that she was going to charge me for it as she continued as if I still wanted her to make me another one. I then told her I would not be dining there and I would like to know her name and to speak with the manager. She said she was a manager and she refused to give me her name. I took pictures of her she is the one with dark hair. I travel the country I don't think I've had this bad of service ever in my life. Not only did she misrepresent Hot heads but she also misrepresented the city. I am among one of the only black people I saw in the area. This was a slap in the face politically and personally. What a terrible experience. I went here the day before and the older man who served me was a little huffy but did his job. I will never be back and I won't change my review. Read moreI ordered mine and my fiances lunch from here using the app. I went and picked it up and they tell me some guy picked up my order already. I ask the lady how? Because I ordered it for pick up threw the app I did not use grub hub or any delivery services. She said the guy came in with a paper receipt with my name on it and my order. Again I ask how is that possible when I ordered it on the app. She said it has happened a few times and she don't know. She tells me I have to order it again and pay. I stated I'm not paying again sense I already did. She tells me She will not remake it nor give me my money back. She says the manager is not in and she don't want to get fired for giving free food. So I go outside get my fiance and bring him back in and ask her is this the guy that picked up my order she says no. Then she talks to him because I'm mad at this point she tells us to ask our bank for the refund. Guess what the bank won't do a refund. So he goes back in by himself this time because I'm shaking mad. He ask for the managers number and the guy behind the counter by the lady says I'm the manager. So my fiance ask for our money back or our food made and he said he will not do that. Moral of the story I won't go back here ever again. They stole my money...

I’ve been a long-time customer and used to visit this location regularly during my college years. The quality and portion sizes were consistently great back then. Unfortunately, over the past few years—and more noticeably in recent months—I’ve seen a steady decline.
Portions have noticeably shrunk, to the point where getting what used to be a standard serving now requires paying extra. Even the amount of rice, a low-cost ingredient, has been reduced, which is surprising. The sauces are still excellent, and truly one of the few reasons I’ve continued coming back.
What prompted me to finally leave this review was a recent visit where I politely mentioned the smaller portion sizes to a staff member (who may have been new). The response I received felt dismissive and condescending, which was disappointing.
I’ve gone from visiting weekly to now only occasionally. While I hope this feedback is helpful and that the business takes steps to improve, I don't expect it to have an impact on my decision to not return in the...
