Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Indiana

I found it: THE best Chick-fil-A. Withhold judgement of "Who cares? It's Chick-fil-A. They're all the same." That's simply not true. Try this location and you will know the difference. I knew right away that this place is special. The parking lot for starters is laid out really well, and I mean really well. The waffle fries that we all crave on Sundays when the restaurant is closed were perfect. PERFECT! They were not leftovers from the last shift on Saturday night. (Think about that for a second as I take another sip from my delicious peach milkshake, mmm.) The cherry on top of why this place is the best of its kind is the customer service. Yes, it's Chick-fil-A, and we've all grown fond of the "my pleasure" southern hospitality. My interactions were different. They surpassed the parroting of company slogans; there was real jubilance and personal feeling. Then, when I asked for ketchup, I received the exact amount (three) that I wanted for my large fry. I was out late shopping after school today, and was famished, so I stopped by for dinner before heading home. I think I can safely say I have never had bad customer service here, and am always treated with courtesy and kindness when I go, but tonight I was especially impressed. Not only were the fries piping hot, deliciously straight from the fryer, but I also was greeted IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH by a kind manager, who wanted to make sure my night was going well. He was not the one serving me, but happened to be passing by the window, and asked how my night was going. Where else does that happen?! How many fast food chain managers care that much about one customer's warm welcome and satisfaction? I am not a huge fast food person, but I have been around the block enough to know that that is not normal customer service for a fast food restaurant. They go above and beyond in customer service, not to mention making delicious food, and being pro-life!...

The food is very good, service is very spotty. When asked to pull around and they will bring my food out to me they have completely forgotten about me, I've been asked to pull around maybe 4 or 5 times and they've forgotten about me twice. I've either called them from my car or had to go in to get my food. Also, don't ever just order drinks for curbside pickup because they will never get them to you, it's like their system doesn't register the drink order properly, every single time I've done this I've had to go inside to get them but the kicker is that multiple employees would stop at my car and ask but then never come back. I wouldn't normally complain during times when places are short staffed and over worked but this Chick fil a has adequate staffing or so it appears for the business volume.
