Taco Bell — Restaurant in Terre Haute

The server was rude, incompetent, and was extremely dismissive. We approached with our order, and the server was very impatient. He kept trying to rush us even though we where the only people in line. When we finally ordered he got the order completely wrong. We corrected him. The order was correct on the screen. We moved forward. We approached the window, and waited for about five minutes before he finally took our money. He asked us if we wanted sauce. We said no. He gave us our change and we waited. He opened the window again and asked us if we wanted sauce. We said no... again. He closed the window. A few minutes go by and he opens the window again, but closes quickly before reopening it with our food in hand. He looks at us again and asks "Did you want mild sauce, or no sauce?" We responded with no. Again. He hands us our food and we leave. We laugh it off, until we start eating. We had ordered no sour cream, there was sour cream all over. So much so that I took a bite full of just sour cream. They didnt put potatoes in my griller, and above all of it. When I called to let them know. The manager got an attitude. Its distasteful. I've worked in fast food. I know it sucks, but it's your job. Do it, and...

Check your food before you leave the building. My usual order is a soft party pack add sour cream no tomatoes because my daughter and i are allergic. This has caused many issues with the store as they say it's cheaper to put it in as Supreme, but they always end up putting tomatoes on it anyway. Because I said I'm allergic to tomatoes every single time I put the order in. I've already contacted corporate about it once, but today's issue 5/16/22, my tacos from my party pack from last night, 1 taco's cheese is on the outside of the taco (see picture). Another Taco has only the meat inside and nothing else. I'm scared to see what the rest of the box looks like. I did order other things last night not just the party pack, which is why I'm eating the tacos now instead of last night. Everything else is fine tacos are the easiest thing to make I know this because I want to talk about for almost 3 years. I still remember how to make a taco. It's fine I'll just fix it myself 5min later I checked the rest of the box. Even recorded myself opening the remaining tacos to prove I didn't do anything to them. Will not be coming back. First of all, this situation wasn’t even my order. This was something I overheard while waiting for my order. It’s extremely telling and EXTREMELY unproffesional to complain about a customer having a food allergy so loudly! I knew when I heard the person making the food go, “I doubt they’re not even allergic!” That the staff did not care about the customers they’re serving. I hope they made that customers food right, though I doubt they did. This leads me to my next point, my food. I had made 2 modifications to my 2 items. I removed tomatoes (as i’m ALLERGIC) and added nacho cheese to one. The other I removed spicy ranch (As I can’t handle spice) and added nacho cheese. I paid an extra 2 dollars to get nacho cheese on my items and I didn’t get either. Infact, my modifications weren’t read at all. Not only could I not even eat my food, I’m down the money to add the modifications to my food! Don’t expect this location to care about your food safety, they don’t care.

This doesnt include that I bought a orange cream and vanilla freeze, only to find out none of the drinks besides water and tea were available.
