Mattress Firm Terre Haute — Hotel in Terre Haute

Went in while checking prices at the mattress stores in Terre Haute, ended up purchasing an exceptional mattress & power base. Mike & Isaac were friendly, knowledgeable & took the pressure out of buying!

Update: Here we are a week later without our power base. Last Saturday we were told if we went to pick up our mattress at the Speedway store after picking up our power base at the Indy warehouse we would have our bed that day. HUGE selling point! Mike was so sure of himself that we believed him so we looked no further. Fast forward to warehouse... NO power base there, be there by the 17th. Mad but Mike assured us he'd make it better by giving us a foundation to use until power base arrived on 17th. Next...Speedway store- mattress on truck tagged to go to Terre Haute store on the 17th. 2 great employees there figure out the order was put in wrong but get us our mattress. Back at Terre Haute they bring out 2 XL twin foundations...our bed is a queen. Finally get a foundation. Mike tells us power base will be in on the 17th, 19th at the latest. Call the store yesterday, the 19th, and guess what... NO POWER BASE!!!! The truck hasn't been in yet but it's never this late. I will make sure EVERYONE I KNOW LEARNS OF THIS BS BEFORE...

I highly recommend the staff at Mattress Firm. Michael, the store manager, worked with me to find my mother a new adjustable mattress and bed ensemble. I had suggested one and he recommended a better quality mattress that was on sale. The mattress had to expand for 48 hours so this is only her second night sleeping on the mattress. She has nothing but good things to say especially how it keeps her warm, provides the softness she wanted with a firm base for support. The 12' Curve Memory Foam Mattress has delivered. The delivery team of Napoleon & Kaylem were also terrific --on time, fast, knowledgeable and courtesy. All around it was a great experience. The folks at Mattress Firm Corporate are lucky to have their Terre Haute team. FYI, another plus for Mattress Firm, is their terrific four month "Sleep On It" trial period to make sure their customers are...

Bought a mattress Simmons Beauty rest 2/5/22 paid 2,527.97 for it did exactly what was expected. Rotating it once a week for the first 90 days.. I am 145 lbs not overweight , the indentation is so bad I wake up every morning with low back pain.. We recently went on vacation sleeping on 5 different brands with no back pain. I also purchased the waterproof mattress pad that was recommended . However, there are a few small stains on the bed that voids the warranty . The company says 1.5 inch indentation is normal where for the mattress . I normally sleep on a Serta purchased from Sam’s Club. The only reason I went out and purchased the better upgraded mattress was we increased to a king size bed? This has been a huge mistake a waste of money and I’m very disappointed overall by the company will not recommend that mattress...
