We doordashed food tonight. (yes, we resolved it through doordash as we are supposed to, but this restaurant thought it was a good idea to serve the food) 4/6 of the tacos were soggy from being held. Only 2 were actually crunchy. I have gone through the drive through before and ate the food when I got home. There was no reason it should have been this soggy. The dasher picked it up and came here. No excuses. They did mark the diet pop tho, and gave us napkins.
Update 8/21. They just suck I guess. They’ve consistently messed up my bowl for months and I just go back around and they fix whatever it was. One time, the guy who made it even came to the window and apologized. Usually, they’re nice about it. Tonight, they didn’t put chicken or the beef I added in into my bowl. I always pull forward and check it so it doesn’t interfere with the car behind me and also line times. Tonight, the bowl doesn’t have either meat so I go back around. Girl at the window just says “she said it’s on the bottom”. I pull forward and go through the bowl with a fork. It’s just not in there so I got back through and tell them. The car at the window sat so long though, I just left. And no, when I got home I never found any meat except a tiny pinch maybe about 5 pieces of ground beef. I don’t know if they were out of chicken and didn’t want to say it or what was going on? I should not have to come around 3 times to possibly get it fixed. The second time around y’all should have just given me sides of beef and chicken so I can go home. Read moreI’ve been going to this Taco Bell location for several years and the service just gets worse and worse. I’ve gone there on at least 2 occasions and they were closed by midnight because they were “understaffed”. I’ve gone there on 2 occasions and the credit card machine was down. I’ve had probably 5 screwed up orders at this location. The kids working there are horse playing more than running a business. Tonight, I went through the drive through and the intercom was so crackly that you couldn’t understand the attendant. I ended up getting my order placed and drove around. Paid the guy and drove off. Halfway home, I realized he didn’t give me my drink. I drove back and went to the window. Told the guy what drink was forgotten and told him that I ordered a meal. He gives me a drink. Get down the road and realize that he gave me a medium drink instead of the large drink that all “meals” come with. Did not drive back!!!

Today I got a Chipotle Grilled Chicken Ranch Burrito, I ordered in the app, which had been acting glitchy but the order went threw, to get up to the order screen an see it doesn't say no Avocado Ranch, they ask does it look right an I say, yes except there's not suppose to be any of the AR, sounded like a different guy that came across the loud speaker an said something to the extent 'Did it not give you the option in the app?' An I apologized to him saying I thought I had an explained to him the way the app was being, I received my food, looked in the bag bc they never put a fork for the beans an rice.
