Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

We placed a 4-pie pizza order for my husband's birthday get together. We arrived 50 minutes later, the time we were told by the app, & the employee told us the order was never started... So we would have to wait 30-45 additional minutes. We returned, after driving back home, & he told us it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes as he was 120 pizzas behind. At the 2 hour mark, he told us the pizzas were in the oven. As we waited in the parking lot, Delivery Drivers came & went, which was frustrating since we were still waiting 2 hours after placing our order. Domino's should be well aware that on a weekend having only 1 employee in the kitchen & the same person on the counter is a recipe for...

We ordered a large pizza Friday night. When I got home, I opened the box and found the most pitiful "pizza" I've ever seen in my life. The toppings were sparce, the pizza was mildly warm by the time I got home (I live only a couple minutes down the road, and I waited for the pizza to come out of the oven), and the crust was like limp, wet cardboard. Oh, and it was expensive, too! It was $21 or something like that for a large with 2 toppings.

Very thankful for the food it looks good -however, when setting a delivery time, it is important to stick to that time. I had my order delivered just over 15 min before I had requested, I set that time specifically so that I could actually be home to be there to receive the order and tip the driver. Now I have lukewarm pizza (still tastes great!) and I didn’t get to tip my driver extra.
