Dunkin' — Restaurant in Indiana

First time going to this one and I had to come leave this review ♡ I did not catch their names, but two wonderful ladies there today (about 3pm on 2-18-24) were the absolute kindest souls today and I cannot thank them enough. 2 different cities Starbucks' messed up my orders and wouldn't refund me (same one at two places but both were apparently out of the things I ordered and just subbed without asking) so I finally went to DD. And as I was going on, my purse dumped on the pavement, then again the sidewalk before I could even get in their doors. I go in, and order all flustered, and then could not find my debit card which sent me into a panic. These two lovely ladies told me not to worry about it and one turned around the card machine and said she wanted to pay for someone's coffee today anyway and she's glad its going to someone who would appreciate it. Went through the drive-thru and it was fine until we go to pay, they tell us to move to the side even though they say our coolatte are in the blender and every other car has had to wait a number of minutes for their order. We move to the side and wait for 5 minutes while the car behind us gets their drinks AND food. I go in and see the two drinks already melted with at least an inch of space between the drink and the top of the cup. I see a guy holding the drinks and asking about them and none of the staff knew what they were for so if I hadn’t gone in who knows how long I would have sat there. They start to remake it when I tell the girl at the register (who was very sweet) that I just want a refund. I assume she gets manager and gives me cash back even though I paid through the app and he really didn’t seem apologetic at all. I went to Starbucks across the street and in less than two minutes...

Every time I go to this Dunkins it is always a bad experience. The staff is not the nicest; the food is always dry and old. When they first open this location, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me an open half eaten thing of cream cheese GROSS! when I told my coworkers this; they were disgusted. The last time I went here I ordered a medium cold brew with sweet cold foam and the foam almost immediately dissolved into the coffee, showing the coffee was only 3/4 of the way filled. I could have just ordered a small coffee and it would be the same amount. Overall, I think this location is just cheap and cheats you out of what you ordered. I will stick with my favorite Dunkins or just go to one of the smaller coffee shops in Corydon. Do not recommend going here. The picture is of the coffee I ordered. I only took one small sip out of...
