I love Maurices and have been a card holder for years. I was on vacation with my husband and decided to stop in. When I walked in one Associate - some type of manager I am assuming because I heard the other Associate ask her about scheduling - was helping someone explaining the deals etc. I walked around picked up a few items. At no time was I greeted or acknowledged by either Associate. When she finished helping the other customer she went to the register and stood there talking with the other Associate. At that point I walked around for a few more minutes and then left. Again no thanks for stopping in or have a good day. I am accustomed to the great customer experience that I usually receive at Maurices. To say I was disappointed today is an understatement.
