Will be following up tomorrow morning with my experience tonight. We have little means to eat out however had to eat late this evening and placed an order for our family only to end up with it late and refrigerator cold. When our order was late and our tracker on delivery stated we would have to wait until tomorrow to get an update, I phoned to store to find out if our order was lost. The gentleman that answered stated they had a delivery driver pick it up 5 mins ago yet I had received an update on status with the order being completed 25-30 mins prior to that which explains the ice cold temps of the hot food ordered. Completely dissatisfied with this experience tonight. As an individual who has worked several years in the food industry, this is 100% unacceptable. Food should be made fresh to order if your delivery driver called off and DoorDash had to pick up the slack.

We ordered Large Cheese pizza that was over done. We ordered a large pepperoni that had too much seasoning. We ordered a 12 inch Italian sub with no tomatoes and double provolone. It had no cheese at all. We ordered a 6 inch veggie sub with no cheddar, no black olives, added double provolone, green olives and lettuce. It had no provolone, no lettuce, black olives and a little Cheddar cheese. The only thing that was correct and good was the salad. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at Marco's Pizza. The manager at the store did reach out the next day and apologized and correct the issues. I was really impressed. Thank you.

Up until more recent times, this particular Marcos store was as good as any of the other Marcos I go to, and I recommended them. Sadly, they've changed.

FIRST, they used to make my pizza the way I asked them to, and I was HAPPY to pay them whatever they asked extra for it. Sadly, that's now gone by the wayside. For example, I like a lot of cheese on my pizza, and they would put the amount I like on it, and I was happy to pay SIGNIFICANTLY more for it. NOW they've changed and insist that all they'll allow me to have is what is called "extra" cheese, and they've dropped the option of allowing me to pay a higher price to get the amount of cheese I want.

So NOW, this individual Marcos store is being run like just another mindless "formula" pizza joint that doesn't know what cheese is, and couldn't care less about making pizzas the way the customer wants, NO MATTER what the customer is willing to pay extra for.

SECONDLY, up until more recent times this Marcos was like the others I go to, in that when you call in an order they see your number in their system, already know you by name, and the order goes quickly and smoothly. Now they've stopped that. What's up with that? It isn't a big deal, except now instead of just the old fashioned giving my phone number and my first name, they sometimes will STERNLY insist I give them my FULL name. Which isn't necessary and I won't do.

THIRDLY, the friendly attitude I got used to up until more recent times has gone away.

LASTLY, I should've taken the hint when I called in an order a few weeks back, went to pick it up, and they insisted I didn't order anything from them and treated me like I was crazy. I won't be going back or recommending them anymore until I see some kind of assurance they've returned to the outgoing, friendly atmosphere and desire to serve the customer's needs like they used to.

In closing, I fully expect some "canned" response from the owner that addresses nothing and offers no assurance that they'll go back to running the place like...

I had a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Marco’s Pizza in Zionsville, and I can honestly say it raised the bar for what I expect from both pizza and customer service.

From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming—the place was spotless, smelled amazing, and the staff was on point. Right away, Julie, the General Manager, greeted us like we were regulars. She’s got this incredible energy—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely caring about every guest’s experience.

Teague, the Assistant Manager, was just as impressive. He was moving around efficiently, checking in with customers, helping the team, and making sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell he’s a leader who brings a lot of heart to the job. Together, Julie and Teague make an unbeatable team. The vibe they’ve created in that store is something special.

Now let’s talk pizza. I ordered the Deluxe with garlic butter crust, and wow—it was next-level good. The crust was golden and crisp with that perfect buttery finish, the sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Every bite was a reminder that this wasn’t just dinner—it was an experience.

If you’re anywhere near Zionsville, you need to stop by Marco’s. This isn’t your average pizza chain—it’s a place where the food is made with care and the people treat you like family. Huge thanks to Julie and Teague—you’ve definitely earned...

Last few times I’ve ordered from them it was late but when I say late I mean super late like 45 minutes plus and for of a idea we are only 6min away from the location. The pizza doesn’t even make up for the inconvenience it is a hit or miss of a place and they charge like 2 dollars for extra sauce. It used be good. Maybe if they fix their delivery service and their way of saying sorry is ok they basically say we can give you some credit which is a good option but yesterday when I called to claim it took them Forever again. Also on the call when I tried to explain since they got my order late more than once can they add one or two jalapeños sauce they still refuse to because they still have to charge for it but I believe since they made the same mistake over and over again they should at least throw in one sauce, but once again terrible customer service.
