I had a bad experience tonight .my kid ordered combination fire rice for Togo -at soon as we got home and opened it -I was very disappoint-the food they made -only about 3 very small beef-like baby finger with too much soy sauce and oil in the box-I drove back I need to talk with management how she thinks about this food make right..?surprise what she was said -If you don't like it ok don't coming here..how do I know got bad food in begin with..? I said of course I don't like the food that's why I brought it back for you to take a look at..she took the money out and “threw it on the table..”give me back what we were paid… how is it customer service? When you make the food not right and the client calls you out to check???..she was very angry...and trying to kick the client out of her place..!!!! Too many times I come here to order sushi to go they make good ..but after this happened..the end...horrible service………..✔️ Hold on Wait a minute..i see your answer here -I was walk-in in and asking can I could talk with the manager -and she came up...i opened the box and said .my kid just ordered the food but I don't think it cook right..!!! And I remind her -he just in here and paid some $11 -I don't talk about how much my kid was paying!!! I talked about the food not making good what we ordered..!!!what do you do if the client doesn't like your food? And call you out to check???all I heard from her …you don’t like the food don’t come here !!! WTH 🤦♀️ service it is …she start with the loud voice and threw the menu on here .here …the price it here ..!!!!that is out price you go if you don’t like …this is my issue with your food how it is “Not the price “and your manager ( she is the owner too )”not your clients.”don’t bring them in to against and make the public I am the bad client in here .so simple here remake new food for client all problems solved..No one “likes” to order Togo after a long day at work and go home open the food “not food “ and bring it back to your shop to let you fix ..and to hear from the owner -you don’t like it don’t come -of course I can cooking …I am Asian. but I chose to buy 3X price -because I trusted your chef cook and convenient. I believe doesn't matter that if the client isn't happy with the food the owner needs to fix the food “and not play the victim here unprofessional...

We are not comparing you to any other restaurants, we were comparing you to what you have provided in the past. 6 months ago your smoked salmon was some of the best I have ever had anywhere!. It was also presented in the shape of rose pedals. It was amazing! What we received last night was nowhere near the same quality. Yes, there were 3 slices, but the texture was terrible. I was bringing this very large difference to your attention... because it was VERY NOTICABLE. Is the difference a combination of your supplier and your staff. I don't know? We eat a Lot of salmon...Smoked salmon is my favorite. Something about that salmon last night was NOT RIGHT. The complaint is NOT about size or price....it was quality....
Read moreSome bright spots.. got the "hibachi' steak chicken and shrimp.. this was less like a Japanese hibachi'.. more like a Chinese stir fry.. but it tasted good and they used quality steak and shrimp..they also had fun japanese soda for the kids that had a marble inside.. the bad news.. the spicy beef "korean' soup was sorry to say.. really bad.. flavor was nothing like Korean soup.. honestly.. don't mean to be rude .. but cup on noodles would be better.. they have too big of a menu.. trying to do too many things.. narrow it down and make it great.. I have lived in Asia for more than 14 years .. so I know good Asian food.. but many in this area may not.. my advise stick with the hibachi' .....
