Panda Express — Restaurant in Indiana

As someone who visits Panda quite regularly (3+ times per week), the most recent visit to the whitestown panda was the last straw. You see, at this location when you go through the drive thru you are sometimes asked to park. If you are, REFUSE, the last THREE times I have been to this location I have been parked and forgotten about. Only to wait 25 minutes before having to walk inside anyways and get a refund and a "sorry 'bout that" from the manager... maybe for some the wait is acceptable when you're Ordering lots of food that needs to be made or if youre retired and dont have a set lunch break. In my case I have a 30 minute lunch break and had ordered fried rice with double orange chicken... which I saw numerous people order when they walked in and did not get told to wait. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but I should have known something was wrong when I paid, then they came back to the window and asked for me to pay for the next person without giving me my food that I paid for... THREE TIMES, well, never again because I won't be making the trip to this panda ever again.

Do not recommend this location to anyone unless you have...

This is only my second time eating at a Panda Express, first time at this location. I stopped in at 4pm. I was greeted when I walked in, but as soon as I inquired about a lot of the food being old and almost emptied one worked just said “oh yea its that time of the day you know”..so I got the few items that looked decent and one was the honey walnut shrimp which was the only item that was actually hot and fresh. I had two rice balls I couldn’t even break apart with my fork because of how long it had sat out. The real issue is the fact that I was the only colored person in there besides my accompanying friend, they immediately got fresh rice as soon as my plate was done as well as one of the other two items in inquired about in the beginning. I felt personally offended because when the next few customers who were Caucasian received nice hot and fresh food. While I sat and ate old rice, beef and chicken. I will not come to this...

They should just change their hours of operation to 8 or 8:30, I went today at 8:30 and they had little to no food, I asked if they could make some more and they said it would be a 20 minute wait which I thought was ok if it was going to be fresh, so I came inside to order and I kid you not there were at least 7 or 8 people scurrying around cleaning and focusing on drive through only, and activity ignoring me at the counter, I literally waved my hands in the air and no one responded. I had to get someone’s attention and ask for a manager. She was busy cleaning the walls by tossing hot water at the backsplash, which seems dangerous around fryers. She said someone would wash their hands and help me but it didn’t really seem like they wanted my business so I walked out. I am done coming here. Just tell people you are closed instead of saying all you have is this and that, because what was left on the table didn’t look...
